Cary was wonderful. He responded very promptly to my inquiry, explained the process beforehand, was patient with scheduling, and arrived timely for our appointment. Most important, he explained everything he was doing thoroughly and accessibly. I know nothing about how inspections and maintenance and Cary explained everything patiently and clearly. Cary is phenomenal at what he does. We purchased a new home in glenview and Cary ran the the inspection process. His attention to detail is stunning. I am not kidding when I say that - I have seen Cary catch the minutest things (like a hairline crack in a siding). Further, Cary does not wash his hands of the process post the inspection. He makes himself available to answer follow up questions, if any, which is critical as you go through attorney review during the buying process. Cary is also very knowledgeable and takes the time to explain the report to the buyer (which was very helpful for me

Cary is the best! We’ve used him multiple times for inspections. On our first home search, Cary identified serious issues with a property we’re considering that weren’t easy to spot, and saved us from purchasing something that would’ve become costly to repair. For the home that we eventually ended up purchasing, he gave us all sorts of tips and tricks for maintenance that we still use today, several years later. Cary's inspection of the house we were looking to buy was very thorough, and helped us identify things that mattered to both the purchase of the house and items that we did not need to negotiate but we took into account as we made improvements to the house after we purchased it.
