ACCUspect's reports are generated using our own proprietary data base and the 3D inspection software, simply the best reporting software on the market.

We utilized an unmanned aircraft vehicle or UAV, quadcopter also known as a drone. Very impressive team. Hy is kind and patient with his inspections. He took the time to explain EVERYTHING, and answer all my questions. This is my first time buying so this is my first time doing an inspection, and I’m glad we went with ACCUspect. Hy seemed very knowledgeable about all areas of the inspection and gave me lots of advice on small things to fix that the seller usually doesn’t agree to address.

My mother recently purchased a home sight unseen from over 2000 miles away from where she now lives. We had some relatives take a look at the place and they loved it.
As we weren't able to see the home and needed to make an offer our real estate agent, Shawn Wilmot, recommended the services of ACCUspect for the home inspection. They were positively amazing. The inspection was so well done that my mother was completely at ease making the offer.
There were pictures, details, comments, and recommendations about every part of the home from floor to roof including heating and a/c, electrical, plumbing

Extremely knowledgeable about everything that needed to be inspected, from top to bottom, inside and out. My personal inspector, John, answered every question I had and clearly had extensive knowledge of his industry. He was also very friendly and took his time answering my questions and providing detailed answers/examples. The report they provided was very thorough but easy to understand. Hy was quick but thorough in inspecting our new home. He answered all our questions and called out all sorts of things we should be aware of, whether it was something that needed to be repaired immediately or replaced eventually, or even just how to keep things in proper working order. The resulting report was easy to understand and gave us a great sense of what to ask the seller to address before closing.

Our inspector John was so helpful, informative, and patient. He let us walk through with him and ask all types of questions. That was so reassuring to us as first time home buyers. Amazing, thorough inspection. Hy was our inspector and let me tell you, he is great. Super knowledgeable, checks every single thing out. After each section is complete he will once again ask if you have any other questions or concerns. He took great photos, took his time, and honestly inspected it like it was his own house he’d be living in. Great experience and I would highly recommend using this company, I looked around and did my research, they are the best.
