I was denied with a 708 credit score I have recent checks stubs clarifying I have made over $100,000 this year I even agreed to pay the rent up 2 months in advance. I haven't heard anything back from the office all I received was a email stating I wasn't approved. I feel like this company knew the apartment was already leased to someone they just keep taking people application money. I've tried calling the office but it seems they have my number on caller ID so they never answer, but im going to look into legal matters to make sure they are are operating by the law. Lots of bugs, everywhere. Crawling through electric sockets and in the many cracks throughout the apartment. Things still broke since I moved in a year ago.
Net value of this complex was 9,000,000 in 2016. Now it’s 3,600,000 here in 2020. Property value decreased by 50% and it’s right by The Battery.

If you are desperate, move here. If you can wait go somewhere else. Trust me

My wife and I were going to live here but we didn’t even end up going to the leasing office. Looked like the projects on the outside. Poorly maintained properties….not like the pictures at all.

I have lived here going on 7 years. I am happy with the communication with staff as well as maintenance.
Anytime I called to have anything repaired it has been addressed.
I recently had my bathroom tub resurfaced as well as a new carpet.
I did have an issue with an outside vendor and they immediately addressed the matter by sending another vendor far more professional.
I just renewed my lease for 9 months.

I moved in a few weeks ago. The complex is quiet and clean and everyone is friendly. The office attends to my needs and inquiries IMMEDIATELY. I couldn't be happier. Great value !!!

I AM A CURRENT RESIDENT!!! WORSE THING IS THE MOLD! ITS IN MY BEDROOM AND KIDS BEDROOM GROWING UP THE WALLS!!! NOW!!! I have complained several times. The wiring needs to be replaced. Longest I was without working electricity was 8 days. They finally came to fix electricity but now the outlets arent working. The plumbing is real bad. My toilet sprouted water like a fountain including feces inside the water all over the floor unto the hall carpet...carpet pad never replaced and never cleaned. Professional came out to the apartment said he came to clean but once informed there was feces he refused

Concord Chase has been a blessing to me. Allison went above and beyond to get my family approved and we moved in earlier than expected. All maintenance requests were completed within a day and my neighbors are cool. My kids really love the playground and it's right on the bus line. The location is also very convenient.

Veey poor plumping. The shower water smells like sewage. The grounds are hazardous and unsafe for children. Plus upper management has a very unprofessional attitude. It seemed ok upon moving in but after living here I find the overall community highly dissatisfying. Its not nearly worth the money.

Came in for a tour. Leasing agent very helpful (don’t remember name, started with J), friendly and patient despite being younger and bombarded with other tasks and people. Decided to go with another property but still appreciated the ease of experience.
