This is the worst place to move into!!!!! They took my money and everything and the day of my move in they said they could not give me the key because I had a temporary Id from the mva then sent me an email saying they declined me after they accepted me because they claim it was fraud. When I asked to speak the the manager no one would allow me to. Then on top of that there is no service there

Today i tried turn on the he heat and it didn't, so i submitted a service request around 5:30pm thinking i won't see anyone till the next day, half hour later i hear a knock and open the door and turay one of the maintenance guy's show up and takes him 5 minutes to solve the problem, Now that's service.

Edit: Changed from 5 to 1 star. The issues with communication have only gotten worse and worse. Communicating with management is a supposed to be normal part of renting an apartment. However, with Halpine, no matter how many times you call or email, no matter the subject, you can expect to be completely ignored for many weeks. Even if answering would be nothing but good for the landlord, for example if I need to make a payment, they will still not respond, they are simply barely functional. This has been a repeated experience over many years with them.

This apartment complex is ok for the money not all that great. The issue is the people in the front office. They never respond or are extremely slow or lack knowledge of issues related to questions that you may have. I was being charged renters insurance when I showed proof that I have my own yet they never removed the charge and I have called multiple times to get this resolved and they never solve the issue. This is insane and extremely frustrating!

Very positive experience, throughout the moving process the leasing staff was very friendly and helpful. I had a few items that needed to be addressed and maintenance took care of it immediately, extremely professional. The neighborhood is very quiet and well kept. I would highly recommend this community.

This place is nice but they hired bad management team to be here.
1. i called the leasing office and left them the voicemail , they did not call me back. What's their job in the office? I do pay monthly and never miss it at all. I have no clue why big company hires them to be here. They are suppose to take care of tenants and asswer all questions if they someone needs help. They did not do it at all. I plan to live here for 2-4 yrs but i guess i will move out when my contract is over. If they change the managmenet team at this place, then it will be SUPER NICE. The main problem here is the management

If you are thinking of moving here, please read this before. Last year, we had a terrible mice situation in our apartment. Unfortunately, this year we have a new problem. We have been smelling a fetid odor in the master bedroom of our apartment. This has been going on for several months. Some days ago, my husband saw a person who was doing maintenance outside of our apartment. My husband mentioned to him about this fetid odor. He suggested calling the office to request an inspection. As you could understand, we did not call before since we didn’t want anybody into our apartment for this covid

We recently moved to this apartment complex and Igive 5 star because of one amazing staff member and that is Maria Pearson. From the day we stepped at her office to the day we moved in she has been with us by providing us with all the necessary information to get the apartment we wanted. My family truly want to thank Maria person for her welcoming and kindness she has shown us.
