1. Always short-staffed, Diane would be out for days while we are excepting moving less than a week. Takes forever to reach out to leasing office.
2. Took forever to get a copy of the key(the key was given was not working, we still haven’t got the new key)
3. Diane is very unprofessional that she didn’t mention anything about bring the registration to get parking permit while we have been calling days about signing the lease.
Later on I was trying to get the permit, I have called and came in the leasing office, it’s either no one pick up or it’s gonna be hours waiting.

The place itself is fantastic and the amenities can’t be beat. We had the rockiest time prior to move in getting answers to any questions though and now that we have moved in none of our key fabs for the community buildings work so we all have to get them rekeyed which is fine just annoying. Just a beautiful place with unorganized management it seems.

Wanted to let everyone know that it is NOT standard procedure to clean units between tenants. We learned that management shifts the cleaning responsibility fully to the outgoing tenant. Ergo, if you decide to rent here know that there is no promise you will be moving into a clean unit. I lived here for 3 years and wish I knew how unsanitary this was prior to moving in. Especially in a world of COVID, not having a guaranteed clean unit is wrong. Hope this helps someone

Clean, green community, lots of parks nearby. Excellent amenities and very friendly&helpful staff. Feels very safe. Modern kitchen. Close to the subway but it's still a residential area, so for people used to the transit in a big city the public transit will feel OK, but not more. Convenience store near by but it is expensive. The leasing staff is absolutely amazing. All of them! I appreciate their patience and understanding during this process and making sure I got exactly what I wanted. The amenities here are great as well! I also love the sense of community through the residence portal. I feel at peace in my home and community and you can't beat that.

I love Greystar! My leasing consultant worked so patiently with a video presentation (I was scared to go out at the time) and answered all my questions through email and calls. Her personality and the way she worked with me from start to finish is what further convinced me to go for a visit and choose this community as my home. I can’t wait to finish decorating 😊
By the way, the amenities for pets are great, my dog is so happy! On top of the 24 hour gym and convenient -in community- shopping center.

I've lived in and out of Huntington at King Farm for the past 15 years. By far, one of the best places to live! The only reason I've moved out from time to time is because of my work. But I'd stay here permanently if I could!
I found this to be the best neighborhood in the DC area and perfect for anyone working downtown DC. The community has EVERYTHING for every kind of resident. The units are nice and clean with modern appliances. The outdoor spaces are well kept and nicely designed. Our son lives at The Huntington at King Farm and it has been a fantastic experience for him. His apartment is a perfect fit for him, and the amenities are outstanding. The staff is professional, courteous and competent, adn they have been super-accommodating for our son. The location is ideal for his needs, and the neighborhood is warm and welcoming, with lots of activities in which to engage. It has been a great year and he is looking forward to a long adn positive experience living at HKF.
