Look at who are leaving good reviews those people in that management office are very unprofessional. They have said some horrible things about me I have heard somethings myself. They sent out an no smoking email. After that email was sent out look at who are still smoking on their balcony and setting on the benches in front of the building ( White and Spanish) in broad daylight during the time that the management office is open they very confident they are not going to get that $250 violation fee. I don't trust none of them in that office they make it work for who they want it to work for. Black

I was carrying a food to my friend and waiting at front of building to someone open a door for me.
Gentlemen from leasing office approached to me and start questioning me who I am visiting, which floor, what’s apartment # etc.
Nothing wrong with that, he do his job but not very professional attitude and approach me like he going to investigate why I am there.
He make me to call my friend to open a door for me.
Unpleasant experience with leasing office. That’s why is 2*. He make me feel I did something wrong because I am visiting friend.

I have lived here for over six years and am currently writing this review at 7am on a Saturday morning after being woken up by a defective fire alarm (this is the second time). This apartment complex has just gone downhill over the years. Here is my review.
Pros-
Location: Everything is within walking distance, the school system is great.
Staff: Most of the management staff are nice and helpful.
Pets are allowed although the owners don't pick up after them most of the time (just tour the back alley and it will be evident).
More amenities than other apartments including a decent pool, library

It's incomprehensible that there are so many negative reviews. This is a wonderful place to live! Close to everything one needs and plenty of amenities. My apartment is great and the building immaculate. In over two years of living here, I never had an issue with management, leasing office, or maintenance personnel. My maintenance requests have always been addressed promptly. Deserving of special praise is staff member Eric Newkirk, who has been here since I arrived. He is always ready -- indeed eager -- to help. A more friendly, courteous, positive, and caring soul you will never find. A true

Do NOT move into this apartment complex. Living at this place, you feel like your human rights are being violated. The insulation and heating are a joke. During the winter, the whole apartment is freezing and you can feel the winds from outside. Most of the flooring is carpet, so all the dust and dirt gets trapped in there, and no matter how much you vacuum, it's impossible to get it completely clean, which leads to increased issues with allergies. The walls are so thin and construction is so cheap that every time a truck drives by you can feel the whole apartment vibrating. Speaking of cheap construction
