The Sweat Studios is all about providing the best full body, low impact, fun workouts. Core, glutes, and mobility are ALWAYS a big priority. Every instructor is not only knowledgeable but really cares about providing the best workout in the Seattle area! Whether you prefer in studio, outside, or in your living room.

Seattle native Jade is very excited to share her passion for fitness with you! She is a trainer to local celebrities including high profile sports figures and can be counted on for teaching thoughtful and challenging sessions. Over the last decade Jade has taught many thousands of group classes, charity classes, corporate fitness events, and pop up events.

If you're looking for a Pilates studio that's doing it right, this is the place! Jade is extremely professional, from style- flexing and accommodating the current pandemic, to truly giving your body the full motion work out that it needs and feeling that you really got your peaches kicked! She has great music and her moves flow seamlessly into another. I found that Pilates is the #1 foundational routine when I had a car accident 10 years ago and used Pilates as physical therapy.

Wanna step up your game? I took the "sweat to your core" class today and it definitely woke my abs up this morning! Jade is a great teacher who offers a mixture of exercises that will challenge you and keep you moving the entire class. As a someone who regularly practices Brazilian Jiu Jitsu and wrestles this class a perfect complement my training. I will be back for more!

I have been taking private pilates lessons with Jade for several years now, but I love her new studio and the classes she offers. I absolutely love her teaching style and have been impressed with my results, doing both the mat-based classes and reformer classes. Check it out! Easy street parking.

Just had my first class at The Sweat Studios this week and LOVED the experience! Jade is incredibly knowledgeable & skilled in her field and the ab workout was by far one of the hardest series I’ve ever taken!! The props help so much in accessing those little (hard to access) areas in your core. Definitely a quality over quantity kind of workout. Love the location and the heated floors! Overall excellent experience.

I am VERY aware of my abs today!! LOVED the Sweat to your Core class, Jade provided amazing instructions and moves that definitely challenged me (the tunes helped me work a little harder but ALSO made the time go faster!!). Can't wait to try the Booty class too!!
