I am so glad we came across Encore! It’s located in such a great spot with great views. The apartment unit is also very nice and designed nicely. One of the best things about moving here was Alexa! She was extremely helpful and patient with us! She answered every question and emailed us back right away. Thank you Alexa!!!!

I moved into Encore Belltown a few months ago.
This is the first time I've rented an apartment as the primary lease-holder and from the beginning, before I even started the application process, the manager has been really patient and helpful. I've had a lot of questions and always got very helpful, thorough answers.
There have been a few things like the elevator needing serviced or an issue with package security (not mine, but someone else--residents were notified about the issue), but it seems like management is all over it when there is an issue and typically it is resolved very rapidly.

I’ve had such a great experience thus far with Encore. I just moved in this past weekend, and although construction went slightly longer than initially expected, Alexa consistently went above and beyond throughout the application and move in process to ensure I was always super clear on next steps. Throughout my time interacting with Encore, Alexa would always respond to my questions basically right away, and I just generally felt really good about her, the management company and the property itself. They allow managers of their properties to violate federal laws. I moved out of Villas at Lakewood and received my final bill from them on April 1st 2020. Given that we are in a pandemic and everything is closed, including their leasing office, and the bill has no way listed to pay it simply says to just “contact them”, I figured I had some time to pay. Well I was WRONG. April 17th 2020 I got a letter in the mail from a debt collector stating they turned my bill over to collections. This is 16 days, or 12 business days. During a global pandemic. This is by far the worst property management company I've ever rented from. The employee they have on site is unprofessional and even though internal employees have complained and tenants complain, nothing is done. When you need to escalate a problem, there is no resolution. The manager of the property manager is unresponsive. If you want a frustrating living experience filled with unprofessional-ism, incorrect billing and lack of customer service, care, consideration and response. Then rent from them. If you like many other require a higher standard, look elsewhere.

I've only experienced living in Indigo's 1111 E Olive building in Seattle and I've truly had no complaints thus far... I primarily interface with the building manager, Stephanie, and she has done an excellent job maintaining building safety, communicating any changes to residents, triaging maintenance requests quickly, answering random questions/concerns at any hour of the day, and overall creating an easy place to live.

Horrible property management company. Avoid their properties at all costs. They are unresponsive to tenant issues. Update: Indigo replied to my post asking me to email them with specific concerns. I have tried to contact them, no one has responded, so a detailed description of my concerns appears below:
I live at City Center in Lynnwood.
What used to be a lovely new building is now quickly becoming a dump. I have communicated my concerns with the manager here, and with the property management company, Indigo, and neither has been responsive to concerns.

Absolutely do not ever rent from Bella On Broadway in Tacoma. Last Friday, we received notice that they were increasing our rent by $65 a month. The following week, two of the burners broke on the boiler and our entire building hasn't had hot water now for nearly a week. Management refuses to compensate us in anyway and we cannot seek legal counsel as this is "out of their control" as the part to fix the boiler has been in transit from New Hampshire for several days.
