My mom went for laser 2 rounds of 4 laser for her chin and it did not work. The hair all grew back. $1000 later in laser treatments with no results.
The last treatment they burned her chin and then refused to see her again for more laser.
I'm assuming they understand the laser is ineffective and doesn't work.
What a waste of time and energy.
Save your money and try another place.

I scheduled an appointment for BBL after finding Spa Radiance Medical under providers on the Sciton website. I paid $75.00 for a Zoom consultation and was told that the charge for the consultation would be applied towards my treatment if I decided to schedule. When I arrived for my BBL, the clinician was running late, and I had to wait 15 minutes. In addition, I believe that "sub-therapeutic" settings were used for the BBL treatment as I saw absolutely no change in my skin in the weeks following the procedure. I have been seeing Juli for the past three years for Botox and filler and she is the absolute best! She is thoughtful, precise, and her attention to detail is second to none. She is conservative and will always let you know what will compliment your face the most! I couldn't recommend her enough. If you have been looking to do Botox or fillers for the first time and want someone who will give you a subtle, natural and amazing results, do not walk to Juli, run!

I used the LED bed for post orthopaedic surgery incision and in one treatment the incision, which has been having trouble closing, finally started to heal. For deeper healing I know I will need more treatments, but was amazed that one treatment made such a difference. I also felt some of the deep joint ache start to dissipate and am looking forward to buying a series to continue my improvement. I can't tell you how much I recommend this for post operative pain and scarring. Spa Radiance has a clam shell bed, so unlike some other places I researched, your treatment does not take as long

I've tried several medspas for my laser hair removal, but after my treatment by Stephanie I'm realizing that Spa Radiance and their new laser is far superior. My treatment was much more comfortable than the other lasers that were used on me previously and I can't believe how much more hair is gone after just one treatment! I would highly recommend getting treated here as their customer service was fantastic as well.

My first time to a medical spa. Coming from a medical background, I know how irritating it is to get consultation from one provider and then when you return for treatment by another provider, it doesn't work out as planned. Two of us were suppose to get treatment at the same time but when we arrived for treatment, only one person was scheduled. Stephanie was really nice and apologetic and tried to stagger us but still lack of communication, especially since they took the deposit for 2 people.

Got botox here for my 11 between my eyebrows. The staff are friendly, but when I got botox before at another clinic, it lasted almost 6 months, and greatly improved my appearance. This one lasted less than 2 months, and didn't make a big difference. I wouldn't waste my time here, at least with botox.

I found the fountain of youth! It's Stephanie at spa radiance. I was nervous to do anything to my skin and face and I'm so happy I started doing preventative work with Stephanie. I had Kybella done in my chin and the results are amazing I hands down recommend it for anyone that has any kind of double chin issues whether from weight gain or genetics. I had the profractional service by Judy. It was my first serious treatment on the road to healing my self image. Judy was so strong n communicating and educating me to the science of the laser and how it is targeting my own cells to do what they should be doing at a more advanced level. Life and environment can damage our appearance and this corrected all that.
After the downtime, I felt so fresh! My fave was brighter, energized and progressed for two more months after wards.
I will do this again in a few years when I want to look ad feel younger.

You have to be so careful when visiting a medical spa so I am beyond excited to have discovered Spa Radiance Medical. I have gotten cool sculpt and several IPL treatments (for redness) and not only were Colette and Stephanie gentle and soothing but they went outside the scope of the job to ensure I looked my best. These nurses are going to take their time and ensure you and your skin are on the best path. I also love the decor!

I've been doing laser hair removal with Judy for the past 6 months, and I couldn't be happier. Judy is incredibly knowledgeable, professional and friendly.
