I have been coming to Gentle Star for almost 15 years and I love it. After 18 months of the pandemic, I was looking pretty ragged. I worked with their injector, L Daugherty RN, who is amazing. She talked about all of my options and put me at ease. And she did fantastic work -- precise and gentle. Most importantly, I am really happy with the results. The rest of the staff is warm and fun, too. Love Gentle Star! <3

This is the best skin clinic I've been to and I've been to MANY. Service is excellent. The front desk is professional and customer oriented. I've been pleased with every single service I've had here, and I get compliments on my skin all the time. I've been going here for years and the service and treatments are top notch. Highly recommended.

Dr Thomas Ellis and his amazing staff are not only pros at their professions but the warmest people you could imagine. I loved coming hear when I lived in the Bay. They do beautiful work, care greatly about their customers, and the results shine specifically due to this magical conversation of care, knowledge, attention to detail and talent.

I got the Gentle Star Medspa treatment by Allie a week before my wedding and my face turned out flawless. I felt like my lines were so diminished and my face was so much brighter- I was glowing on the big day. She even made me a sweet little night before the wedding care package with a couple different creams and masks- so thoughtful. Allie is the best!

Allie is amazing. It is evident that she is not only passionate about her work, but she also truly wants her clients to feel good about themselves. Allie took the time to educate me on a skin care regime, and it was a very pleasant experience. Not to mention, the office has a wonderful and calming atmosphere. Will definitely come back.

I have been going here since I was 23 (30 now) and even though I don't get to go as often as I like to due to work and traveling to far flung places (Kuwait/Afghanistan/DC/Europe) I go back every chance I get to keep up the glow. Amazingly, the treatments last for a very long time and I am very grateful for meeting Dr. Ellis, Craig & the team as they are definitely at the top of their game. Not only that, they make you look fabulous and feel beautiful, too.
