If you are considering fillers/Botox you must go and see Dr Colvin and his team. I visited Dr Colvin today for fillers/botox and I'm in complete shock as to how he has smoothed my entire face and brightened up my eyes. It's so subtle but oh so so noticable I truly recommend following his advice and taking it. Thank you so much, you did a phenomenal job, a true legend!

I was a regular for facials, Botox and laser hair removal for many years with so great results that I didn't need to visit for almost two years. I finally met Dr. Colvin in my recent visit and he is awesome, he's not trying to sell any services instead he invited me to do more research and be secure if I want or not a procedure. He injected me in one trouble area and I can see my desired results. They do follow COVID-19 protocols which I totally agree and provide me with needed confidence to take my mask down. Came in for a lip flip and had a great experience! No wait time, straightforward paperwork, and very friendly staff. Dr. Colvin really took his time in examining my face while listening to my concerns. He was very open to questions, incredibly professional, and was honest regarding the potential outcomes of the procedure. I was in and out in less than 30 minutes! I will definitely be returning.

I moved close to to this spa, so i decided to give it a try, instead of returning to SkinSpirt (where I've had great results several times). I visited about a month ago and the Botox has already worn off--when it usually lasts me 3 months! Not only that, but the price per unit is higher ($17 vs standard $15), and the doctor successfully upsold me, but didn't listen to what I actually wanted, injecting in many different areas as opposed to primarily between my eyebrows, where I asked. Now the "11s" between my brows are already back and I'm out $400. I do not recommend this

I can't say enough good things about SkinMedical Spa, Dr. Colvin and his team - especially their Esthetician Stephanie. I came to Skin looking to fix botched cheek filler from my regular medspa. I was referred to Dr. Colvin by a relative so I called and was able to get an appointment relatively soon, The location is beautiful everything is very tastefully designed clean and modern. I am still experiencing some swelling but I can tell that the job Dr. Colvin did fixing my cheeks is amazing everything appears symmetrical and as I wanted it. I have been to so many med spas and dermatologists in the city, and none of them compare to the service and expertise as Dr. Colvin and his team at Skin. All of my results have been amazing! Honestly, I'm not sure why I didn't write this review the first time I came in. The second visit 6 months later reminded me EXACTLY why this is the top medical spa in the SF area. I've been to a lot, let's put it at that.
Doctor Colvin is so personable, he remembered me from a visit 6 months back and showed the same excellent level of care as he did the first time. When I wanted to be mindful of pricing, he found ways to optimize cost of procedure while still giving me the results I want. He is also the only doctor I've found who took time to look at my face from afar

Dr. Colvin really has an eye for symmetry! I've been coming to this beautiful medical spa for over a year for my injectables. If you've been thinking about having fillers/Botox but are afraid you won't look the same/others will notice... then you've found a home because I've never left this spot without looking like a f@€king celebrity! People usually say that I don't need any "work done" not knowing that I've actually had cosmetic enhancements which I think speaks volumes!

I've been coming to skin medical spa for years and their level of professionalism and expertise is what you'd hope for at a med spa. Dr. Colvin is INCREDIBLY skilled when it comes to Botox and I send all of my clients to him! I'm a hairstylist and have a lot of young clients who are scared of getting Botox for the first time and Dr. Colvin takes the time to answer questions and most importantly is conservative with his units. A lot of injectors try to upsell the # of units or they'll just inject units in a sloppy way. I've strayed to other med spas when I couldn't

Dr. Colvin is great! I like his very friendly and calm demeanor. I previously had Botox here (years ago, when I didn't need it!). Pricing is much higher here for this than other places, which is why I've been a regular somewhere else for Botox.
I recently did microneedling with pro here and had a great experience. My face was a little pink for the first day or two and I had a little peeling (nothing major, although, I would recommend only doing this a week out (not sooner) if you have an event. A week later- my face looked amazing! Pores were smaller, and skin looked tighter overall

I love skin medspa!! I've been coming here for awhile now for laser treatments and I started off my using a voucher. When my voucher sessions were over they told me I can continue getting laser at the voucher price and it'll be locked in forever!! What?!?!?! That's awesome considering it's steeply discounted. Sarah who works there is always very sweet and has the biggest smile on her face whenever she greets you! It doesn't feel all uptight and bougie like some other places in the marina. Also they have fruit infused water, PLUS!

I miss this place!! I went here to get my botox for the first time in 2014, after a couple worker recommended it. I am now hooked!!! They did such a great job, and loved the browser lift from the botox. Their Botox is at $15 per unit, but if you work on Union Street, you get a 10% discount.
It's just to bad I'm not near the area anymore.
