Service was excellent and helpful! Rooms were very clean. When you see motels and hotels at this price range you would expect some funk and dirt but there was no smells and the place was spotless. As a family of 5 getting Hotels together are pretty inconvenient but this place has a suite with two queen rooms and two futons in the living room perfect for our family. Highly recommend if you are staying in Maine.

Rachel and her team at the Kennebunkport Motor Lodge are fantastic as people and as business owners/employees. She and her team went above and beyond to make sure that my fiancé and I had a relaxing stay from personal phone calls to checking in while we were there. The new in-ground pool is well kept, and the fire pits are stocked with everything you could need. The Motor Lodge itself is clean, quiet, and quaint. It’s a beautiful 10 minute walk to Dock Square- we walked everywhere while we were there. I would highly, 100% recommend the Kennebunkport Motor Lodge to anyone.

Stayed here in September 2020 during during COVID times. We checked and and greeted by Rachel the owner who could not have been any friendlier and accommodating. Everything was clean and they did a great job following all the covid protocols. Room was perfect and it was such cute motel. It’s so close to downtown but also a little bit outside so it’s perfect and nice and quiet. This is now our go to whenever I am back up here!

This place is amazing - updated rooms, super clean and the owner, Rachael, lives right on the property and works hard to make sure your stay is carefree and comfortable.
There is a great pool, picnic area, fire pit, gas grill, and even a hammock (which is awesome for after a day at the beach to enjoy the cool Maine evenings.
Rachael met us right in the parking lot as soon as I pulled in, brought us all the paperwork we needed to sign, cold bottled water, and had the room all set up and ready to go (fridge plugged in, A/C on) when we arrived. She also

Stayed here for one night on a last-minute trip to Kennebunkport. Rachel was very helpful and accommodating and gave us excellent advice as to where to eat, park, etc. The room was clean and the bathroom was updated. We enjoyed the pool to ourselves for a little while. Nice that coffee and a light continental breakfast was included. Can't beat the price, location, and hospitality. We will stay again.
