We are centrally located between Portland, Maine and Portsmouth, N.H. Both cities are rich with history. An easy drive will take you to Freeport or Kittery where you will find numerous Factory outlets.

Services
Once you have secured your reservation with either a credit card guarantee or a 50% deposit (depending on length of stay), you are fully obligated for your entire stay. If for any reason you must cancel your reservation we will gladly refund your deposit with advance cancellation notice. In the event that you must make a last minute cancellation after cancellation period, we will try to re-rent the room to another guest.
Pets must be on a leash whenever out of the unit. Owners are responsible for cleaning up after their pets and disposing waste in the trash/dumpster. If your dog is noisy, and is disturbing other guests, you may be asked to remove the pet or vacate the premises. No refund will be issued. Upon check-out, your unit will be inspected for any damages made and you will be responsible for those damages.

We stayed at a 2 bedroom cabin and it was great, along with a great price! The cabin was very clean, had a full kitchen and had a TV and an AC... The TV was a little small and there was only 1, definitely could use one in each bedroom, but you're on vacation, you should be out enjoying the beach! The pool was right behind our cabin, and it was clean and 10 feet deep, which made our boys happy. There was also a fire pit being our cabin along with a charcoal grill. We would definitely stay here again!

Some have mentioned the decor is outdated but I would trade that for the comfort and peace they foster anyday.
The cottage we stayed in was VERY clean. Housekeeping was on top of maintaining this status as well. The location is not in the center of things but the setting was perfect to relax and unwind from the excitement of the day. All that we wanted to see and do was a short drive away (including the beautiful beaches in the area).
Their pictures on their page doesn't do the establishment justice. Also, they do not reflect the peace it gave us on our vacation.

Hidden Gem with Reasonable Price. The buildings are a throwback to a different era but this motel is fully restored with the amenities you need at an amazing price. The rooms are spotless, spacious, all have refrigerators, the beds are comfortable, pool, parking is very convenient and they even allow dogs. The grounds are expansive and good for kids. It is a very friendly family run place. We stay there regularly when we go to the White Barn Inn which has what we think is the best restaurant we’ve ever been to and we’re shameless Foodies. Enjoy your visit to Kennebunk.

Very nice! My room was spotless and smelling nice. Porch out front with a rocking chair. Pool is nice! A little screened in porch to sit in to hide from bugs if they are around. Volleyball net and swings. Grills to use outside. Flat-screen TV in room to watch. Fridge and microwave in room.
