It all started in 2004 when Sue created a delicious cookie for a friend's son who was experiencing gluten sensitivity issues. The choices on the market then were less than desirable and Sue was determined to craft a delicious, soft baked cookie full of flavor and made with quality ingredients that we all recognize.
She went on to create four original flavors and a decadent signature brownie. Since then, we have expanded our offerings to include such yummy flavors as Oregon Oatmeal, Triple Chocolate Chunk and seasonal favorites like Pumpkin Spice and Peppermint Brownie. We remain dedicated to creating the best tasting wheat- and gluten-free baked goods using only the finest ingredients.
