Going to Dahlias is such a treat. The ever changing array of handmade, fresh of the moment baked delights are incredible (I would recommend a few but they’re different every week!), the veggie breakfast sandwich is super, and I always pick up a bread loaf to take home! Pro tip - the fruit based mochi donuts are better (I think) as they’re less dry. Outside seating area is lovely too. Coffee is fine.

Fantastic bakery with amazing variety and delicious pastries! Fair prices but service isn't as excellent as the food.
Their croissants are super crispy with a rich, slightly salty flavor and I love it! I also had their ham and cheese fossette, kind of a light sandwich, and it tastes freshly delicious. Their breakfast sandwich is delicious too, definitely more gourmet compared to other places but also overpriced ($11) in my opinion for what it is. They also carry mochi donuts, they are cute and delicious, not overly sweet.
Service at Dahlia is usually lukewarm though. The other time I ordered

Some of the best tasting things I’ve eaten so far in Seattle. The Nutella and strawberry baked mochi donuts were the best out of the ones I tried (I didn’t like the vanilla and apple spice ones) as was the slice of coconut pie at a pricy $11 ( but worth it!). I had the pie three times while in Seattle for a week.

Seriously one of the best breakfast sandwiches I have ever had. The Ham & Egg Sandwich was delicious. The sauce and arugula and white cheddar all made it for the perfect breakfast treat. We splurged and had a slice of coconut pie and it simply tasted better than any southern grandma could make. Thank you for great and quick service! We originally were bummed because we couldn’t find a breakfast place that was quick but good menu options… this place will definitely be a must go to when we return back to Seattle!
