Lived here for a year and the owners will not remove a wasp nest that is right above my door. They use an online payment system that's filled with glitches and extra fees for every payment option. Near the end of my lease though I got a dog and had huge technical problems trying to pay the pet fee. The leasing office refused to listen to my concerns about their website and can only take electronic payment. Then when my lease was up they gave me no renewal option and when I asked the leasing office why they gave no reason other than "They have decided to not renew your lease."

Horrible location, constant traffic speeding by whether from the surrounding neighborhoods or people test driving from the dealerships. Paper thin walls, can hear people talking, and don’t even think about moving into anything other than the top floor if you value your sleep or sanity. If you get off late from work or go out at night cross your fingers that you’ll find parking. Lots of extra charges on every bill while they spend more time updating the front lobby than they do up-keeping the property. Dog waste everywhere. Nothing luxurious to be found here. Appliances are sub par. Lived here

I was on the verge of becoming homeless. I couldn’t, for the life of me, find an apartment for rent when I found M2. Luckily I was able to meet with a leasing agent that day, I turned in my application and was approved within a few days, signed my lease and was in my apartment all within a week. I have a daughter with special needs and the leasing agent was so kind and patient with my daughter, I had people charge me extra money for a deposit thinking my child would destroy the apartment. The agent realized my child was calm and didn’t require an extra fee for her disability.

If you are a heavy sleeper and don't have kids living with you this might be a great spot or take the upstairs unit. We moved in to the apartments thinking it's pricier than other apartments in the area, so you will get peace of mind. Within 9 months we have complained about the noise from upstairs neighbor's to the management 7 times. All they do is shrug off and say every apartment is like that. I lived in apartments for 30 years and this is the first time I have encountered issue this bad. Maintenance team is good, facilities are good. But the management doesn't act on these kind of issues.

Johnny came by quickly after we notified the office that the battery in the smoke alarm in our bedroom had been beeping annoyingly all night causing a sleepless night. He checked the unit for electronic issues and determined the unit needed to be replaced (not just the battery). He checked the smoke detectors in the other rooms to verify they were operating correctly; they were. My wife and I were able to sleep soundly again. Johnny was extremely proficient, professional and personable (had a great, positive attitude) - a genuine pleasure to be around...

I would most certainly give 0 stars if that was possible. I moved in 2 years ago and at the time it was great, a little pricey, but overall not a bad place. The apartment that I moved into hadn't been touched after the last tenet moved out. Everything was dirty, the laminate flooring was scratched, the carpets smelled like they had been used in a horse stall, and some horrible patch jobs in the drywall. One of the only amenities worth mentioning is the pool, you would be better off filling your bathtub and inviting your friends over to hang out in there. There is no space and on a nice summer

Edit 2: About 7 months in update. They sent a newsletter saying they'd crack down on parking, saying they heard "some nights" it's really bad. That newsletter helped for maybe 3 weeks? Now it's worse than ever, with every night being a pain. What a lie their memo was. Tried calling the tow company and they said they still can't tow because the complex said no. This is an absolute joke by this point. Don't live here unless you plan on paying several hundred more than what they tell you up front, and don't mind being blatantly lied to.

Was planning on moving in here. Seemed like such a great place to live. Trinity was nothing but amazing but the rest of the staff has horrible attitudes. We were promised a garage and when I went to sign the lease it was no longer guaranteed but refused to take out garage payment off of the lease. Before I was going to sign the lease like any smart person I wanted to view the apartment I was moving in to. I had a 9am appointment and stated the day before I would like to view my place before signing the lease. I show up at 9am, I had just seen the lady walk in and open up so I wait 5 minutes before

Well, I'm new here, but so far I'm very impressed. I have been looking for a great deal in a crazy market and I found it here.
The move-in special was incredible and the unit is completely brand new inside because of all the new floors, kitchen and bathroom upgrades. For a dog-friendly place, I was happy to see how clean the grounds are. They seem to stay on top of it. Everything was quiet and there were definitely parking spaces while I was there on a busy Monday.
They were busy with other showings when I got there but they got to me quickly. Trinity & Libby were really awesome

This complex is very modern and nice. After moving out it is one of the most expensive properties in Littleton. It is fairly quiet as far as not being able to hear your neighbors but it is way over priced. Along with after living there for one year and wanting to renew our lease but our rent would have went up 200$. Than at the end of it all they are attempting to stick me with almost 400$ in paint and carpet when a deposit is 550$ than 250$ non refundable pet deposit than a 250$ refundable one And than saying I owe them more. In the bathroom we had a problem of paint cracking around the showers

I couldn't be more pleased with my experience at M2 so far. From the minute I walked in the leasing office, I've been impressed by the management and the facilities. The apartment was exactly what I was looking for, and the management worked with me every step of the way to ensure that I got what I wanted. They were responsive and patient, answering my incessant questions and allowing me to view models and available units several times until I was certain I had made my choice.
I visited several complexes in the area, and from the minute I walked into the unit at M2, I knew that it was

Luxury apartment community living with a wonderful staff headed up by Wes the community manager. Any issues we've had were taken care of faster than I would expect and always with a smile. We are such fans of the year around heated pool and we love to swim during snow storms or after we work out in the fitness center. It's a very dog friendly community and our puppy loves the bark park.

We could not have had a better experience in dealing with Lindi, Jennifer, and Wes. Moving from out of state, my fiance and I were nervous about moving into an apartment unseen. The manager (Wes) took it upon himself to send us a video of the unit that was available, and Lindi thoroughly discussed our leasing agreement over the phone so that there were no surprises. It was the best possible experience we could have hoped for. When we arrived, the apartment exceeded our expectations. Seriously, the place looked brand new. We needed very minor adjustments upon move in to the toilet and a busted closet

Amazing Place to Live!! Great community, everyone is really friendly! Also, I've rented from a lot of places and this one takes the cake, if I didn't have to move I would have stayed for as long as possible! The management was awesome and always remembered me by name and made me feel like part of a community vs. just a renter. I definitely recommend this place to anyone looking for a friendly community in Littleton.

I have never hated an apartment complex so much (and that's saying something as I've lived in many). My boyfriend did maintenance for them for a while, and trust me, they do not do a good job of taking care of these buildings. The quality is horrible, the customer service of the employees is horrible. You can hear everything your neighbors (above, below and to the sides) are doing. Nobody I knew living here liked it. Highly recommend NOT living here.
