I lived in this complex for 3 years. I never had any issues with the front office staff. However, management did change shortly after I moved in. Rent was increased $200 since I moved here in 2018. It’s conveniently located to grocery stores & the downtown area. There’s even a library down the street for those interested. The major problems here included the residents not closing the trashcan door, intermittent issues with temperature and/or water not working, & stray cats (around the garbage area). Maintenance was also inconsistent. In my three years, they never came to clean the water heater

Very disappointed such a waste of my time looking for a place on one that play games.Very unprofessional! Thank God I didn't waste an inquiry hit to my 736 credit score. After 3 weeks of trying to receive the email invitation to my Mom so she could complete her part. Coincidentally it appears in her email on the day the rent goes from $735 for 9 months to $755 for 10 months. I was willing to give Macon a try but to have to sign a 14 or 15 month lease to get a lower rate, is not worth the risk. Don't know if Lanita was trying to help or full of it!! I moved from a 2 bedroom 2bath to a 3 bedroom 2 bath. They charged me more for the 3 bedroom because “supposedly” they added upgrades. I have had nothing but problems since I moved in the new apartment 6 months ago. The a/c is constantly a problem. The new “upgraded” apt came with a new unwanted friend I’ve been dealing with for 2 months. It was finally caught after it caused damage to my washing machine and the dishwasher. Both flooded the laundry room and the kitchen floor. I had to ruin all my towels to soak up the mess. I replaced the parts on the washing machine at my own costs and

Under new management and it’s an absolutely wonderful property! Beautifully new landscaped grounds, brand new pools, new dog park (HUGE BONUS), new paint on both interior and exterior, new roofs, and extremely convenient to WRAFB and South Macon industrial area. Management is extremely responsive to residents needs. They are very prompt and extremely professional. They are also by far the most friendly staff we’ve ever had. Absolutely would 10/10 recommend! Must see!!!
