I've been training with Eric for 6 months now and he's a great trainer. I have lower back pain related to deterioration in my discs and he modifies the exercises to maximize results without damaging my back. Great trainer. Always on time. Personable, easy to get along with. Flexible scheduling which worked for me!!! Was active for many years and used Eric to get back into the swing of things. He helped me reach my fitness goals of weight loss and more endurance. Kept me focused during workouts and motivated when not working out. Great diet plans for reaching any fitness goals. Eric has been an amazing trainer. He works personally with you to get to your goals. We broke down each body part and how we can maximize results. My body composition has changed dramatically since working with him over the past 3 months and we've developed a good relationship as well.
