This place is very rude. Very poor customer service and took us through the whole process...told us that we had the property....then had us ride all of the way there with the money in hand...then they told us that we had a bad reference...they lied because I talked personally to the person that they said they received the email from and she said that she didn't do it. We paid 150 application fee just for them to say no....hands down worst experience trying to get a house I've ever had. The lady was acting like she was above us. I would never refer anyone to this place.

The worst people to work with. The Lady at the front desk never want to do her job . Gave me and my fiancé the run around for a week and never wanted to do her job . When we asked for the manager we was laughed at by a man and told its a family business and to leave out of there building.

We have been using a storage unit on Dale Earnhardt Blvd. to store her household items while we plan for our wedding and the completion of our new house. Throughout the past few months I have had NO DOUBTS about the security of our belongings or our safety if we've needed something from the unit at an odd hour. The office staff have always been polite and helpful when I've contacted them, even helping me to set up the contract for our unit lease while I was at work over an hour away.

I found one of their properties on Facebook market place, and I loved it for my family so I reached out. The initial response time was decent, the application process is, you go see the place and if you like it you then fill out an application. So I go look at the place it’s perfect for my family!! I email them asking to fill out the application. So I get started on it it takes me quite some time to do so, when it came to check stubs I sent an email asking if a monthly over view would be fine or if they needed each individual pay stub, I get no response at all so I just go ahead and put the monthly

They recently took over oakwood villa where I reside and as much as I appreciated mark the previous owner, I am very grateful to the overcashes. They are currently remodeling the vacant ones and they look stunning. I had some issues needing tending and they took care of it right away. The maintenance guy was super informative and friendly and I just wanted to write a positive review on them for really stepping up and taking ownership of this place. I'm not sure if I'll be here much longer when my lease is up, but I will gladly like to stay renting from these people! Thank you again for everything

Was called on Tuesday and told that we were approved for a house that we had our heart set on. Was in a great location and we were really excited about getting it. My fiancé told Martha that we would have the deposit the following week. He called on Monday to let Martha know that we would have the money for her on Thursday. My fiancé greeted her first of all with Good Morning, this is (his name) and he got “okay” from her, like he was annoying her that he called. She proceeds to tell him they had already rented the house to someone else. We never got a phone call to let us know this. This

I was using Overcash for my storage needs while my family was homeless and in desperate need of a residence. As an owner of rental property, we had a top notch experience with Overcash Real Estate. Their monthly reports are professional and easy to read and let us know that our tenant was paying rent promptly. When we had turnover in tenants, they were able to quickly find qualified tenants so our property stayed income producing.
