Went here at 10am Tuesday & paid almost $100 to take a pcr test so that I could get results in 24 hours because I had somewhere to be at 1pm the following day that required that, so I needed them urgently. 24 hours would technically be 10am the next day, but the men working there guaranteed/constantly reassured me that I would have received them by 1pm (at the latest) by the next day so I was fine with that. He said “even though you (I) should” if I didn’t have them by 12pm then to call in. I called in and I’m told that I won’t get the results until 4pm. I was not given what was promised

I was severely low in B12 and was receiving injections from my doctor’s office for a few months with no rise in my B12 levels. I went to BH Concierge Pharmacy on a fluke after my dr appt upstairs. They had methycobalamin B12 so I got a shot and had blood work 2 weeks later my B12 went from 219 to 827. I couldn’t believe how getting good quality injections and the right ones was a life changer. I had the best experience and the 2 gentlemen there were beyond helpful and informative with other things as well. I am a customer for life now.

Unprofessional, I had booked a treatment about 10 days prior to my appointment date. Only to be told the morning of my appointment they no longer offered this specific service. On multiple occasions I mentioned I would be coming from SF for this treatment. I was told they would reschedule my appointment for the following day with more time to accommodate for their misunderstanding. Long story short I never heard from them again. It’s very disappointing to have come from over 300 miles for one specific treatment, book a hotel etc just to be told the day of the appointment they made a mistake and

I had 2 prescriptions that I needed to be filled right away. They called my doctor and called me right away to let me know which were covered. They ordered my meds and had it ready away. The staff kept me in the loop the whole time and they were very polite and courteous. I recommend this place to anyone looking for a pharmacy. Plus they have a whole area for IV nutrition. A few weeks ago I wasn't feeling well and I went in and got an immunity IV. It made me feel better right away. Thank you Concierge IV for all your help!

Dr. Nguyen is an amazing doctor. She is an intense listener who treats the whole person not just a specific symptom. She considers the impact of pressure, sleep & well being on every issue. She is very thorough. Most of all she is kind & gentle.

Great Pharmacy! They are super informed and have items I was having a hard time finding like vitamin C in liposmal form. The staff takes their time and fully explains products and their benefits. They are full of knowledge and its obvious they love what they do as it shines through. Also very personable customer service and high quality supplements very well curated.
