Welcome to the Bentley Square Condominium Association (BSCA) web site. Our one hundred and fifty home condominium community is located at 8030 Ditman Street in beautiful northeast Philadelphia, PA. The Bentley Square Condominium complex consists of 25 low rise buildings tucked away in a nice corner of the Holmesburg section of the city.
Our condo units include 1 bedroom/1 bath and 2 bedroom/2 bath homes, with some units having fireplaces. We have a single gated entrance to the community off of Ditman and Rhawn Streets. The Bentley Square Condos are nice alternative from the typical row and twin style homes that are well known in the neighborhood.

Services
Constructed as an apartment complex in the 1950s, what is now known as the Bentley Square Condominiums originated as the Barcelona Bay Apartments. That day marked the conversion of Barcelona Bay apartments to the Frankford Estates Condominiums. Frankford Estates, however, was short lived. The Bentley Square Condominium Association is the Home Owners Association arm of the community.

Property isn’t well maintained. Trash is all over. I step out and see empty bags of chips, blunt wrappers and empty bottles on the lawn. Who cleans and maintains this place?? Neighbors are polite. Management should want to step it up because there is a lot of potential here if they cared. The photos that you see, are not what the property looks like today.

Just moved my daughter lived there almost 6 yrs ..IT WAS A VERY NICE PLACE FOR HER WHEN SHE WAS 22 however she is 28 now and the place (her unit )106 was falling down around her...SHE TOOK IT AS IS BACK THEN (no fresh paint etc)HOWEVER AFTER THE YRS .SHE asked for a little ..bit of paint etc.and IM SURE IT MUST BE BECAUSE THE PROPERTYS VALUES DECLINED .THAT THE OWNER NEVER DID ANYTHING .I MUST SAY BENTLEY SQUARE US A VERY GOOD COMMUNITY IN A COMMUNITY )the OWNERS OF HER UNIT WERE FABULOUS MEN ,AND IM CERTAIN IF THEY COULD HAVE RENOVATED THEY WOULD HAVE .(great owners ,,THERE DOES SEEM TO BE A BIT

I lost my chance to sell my condo because of NOT ENOUGH CASH RESRVE IN THE BENTLEY SQUARE CONDOMINIUM ASSOCIATION RESERVES SO THE MORGAGE COMPANIES AND THE BANK S DID NOT APPROVED A LOAN TO MY BUYER FOR $63,000 And now the value is in low $30,000, ,i had moved to California and became HOMELESS in California since Iost my buyer in 2010, stealing that is consatntly happening in every board members and the management compaines no matter who is the managing company either funny or high inflated contracts that empties the association RESERVES constantlY.

My husband and I are looking for a home to purchase I want smaller he wants a nice size to move around in. I came across 8030 ditman street. 45,000. ! I got so excited about the pictures and the price! It needs a lot of work I'm ok with that. I talked my husband into riding through just to get a quick peek. I saw a man working on a unit he invited us to look and it was only a 1 bed 1 bath but it was perfect! I am interested in a 2 bed 2 bath. I absolutely love these condominiums! It's big enough and small enough for us 2. And we can own this plus get a renovation the way we like it! I lived in
