I was told to look here when I moved here from Ohio. NO THANK YOU! I looked at the area and knew not to stress myself with having to move in a year. The upkeeps is terrible! I spoke with random people that were either getting into their vehicle or out of them. Several said don't do it. Management is the worse he has seen in all his life. Another said she been trying to get repairs for nearly a year. Another said complaining to management about drug activity or excessive noise is a waste of time because the lady in the office is nonchalant about what's reported to her. She's NEVER in the office

The most ghetto apartments in Greenville. I use to think it was Concord Drive . Heck even 5th Street is better than Winslow Pointe. Always trash everywhere. Not to mention the junk always laying around the trash bins. Just terrible management over there to me. They're definitely not worth the money. They're nice but not that nice. Almost $700 for a 2bedroom. No Sir.
