Treatment sessions are actual time - a one-hour massage is truly 60 minutes of hands-on time. Your credit card will not be charged prior to your service, but we do have a strict 24 hour change/cancel policy.

Q: What are the check-in procedures? A: Please go to the front desk to check-in to receive your room keys and parking tag. You will be asked for your photo ID, and the credit you used to book to authorize for incidentals during your stay. This is also the time the agents will take care of any outstanding balances on your account.

My wife and I arrived late at night, after the office had closed, previous to that, we were greeted via phone call, and asked what time we were arriving so we would have proper instructions for our check in. When we arrived at the resort it was a well maintained and comfortable but modern resort. The room was in immaculate condition, with beautiful decorations (my wife wants our house to be redone like it now ) the bathroom and kitchen were both fully stocked with all appliances you could ask for, toaster over microwave, blender plates and utensils, etc. Check out was simple and fast, the staff

If you’re reading this review and considering booking at the Bali Hai Resort DON’T! My husband booked an updated room (“ocean side” where we couldn’t see the ocean from the room) $2,200 (for 2 nights) as a surprise for our wedding anniversary! I was mortified to see he/we got ripped off!! The room was average and for this price you’d think it included bottled water; NOT even one bottle. The guest room configuration limits privacy bc it faces another room; coupled with thin walls, so every time our neighbors opened their door the pressure rattled our door and it felt/sounded like someone

Stay at your own risk!!!! Horrible Experience and Customer Service. AMI is beautiful and there are other places to stay on the beach. Do yourself a favor and find one of them. Stayed 2 nights with my 78 yr old father. We were in a newly renovated room. Toilet would rock every time we sat on it as it wasn’t bolted down properly. Bathroom door would not close without extreme force. No dresser in the room so we were living out of our bags, never been in a hotel in all my years of travel that didn’t provide a dresser. Rug in living room has stains and hasn’t been cleaned, just disgusting!!!!

Excellent service and amenities. The staff is very hospitable, friendly and truly enjoy making your stay fabulous! Views of the sunset are incredible. The sand is soft, as good if not better than siesta key. Pool area is clean, well lit and most rooms have a view. Rooms on the west side have direct beach access and sunset views. Plenty of local shops, restaurants and tourtist attractions in the area. Traffic can be a little heavy at times, but worth the wait to enjoy this little slice of heaven!

This hotel is severely misleading people. The hotel photos we saw online was nothing compared to what we actually got. Shoppers please note that the hotel is going through renovations so the nice photos you see is only half the hotel. The other half of the hotel is plain terrible. I was so disappointed in the service we received from the staff. When asked if I could get an upgraded room (as most hotels give you an upgrade upon request/availability) they said it would be another $120 (on top of the $400 we already paid). They went on to negotiate the price with me but told me if they just gave me

I know this resort is/was undergoing a renovation so I was a bit nervous when I booked it for our family vacation. I am thrilled to share it was amazing! The staff was SO SO kind/accommodating. The chair/umbrella service is a game-changer, and the property has plenty of areas to hang out/play corn hole/etc. The beach is literally *right there* which was so nice, and there's plenty to do in and around the area.

We stayed in a renovated room overlooking the pool over Thanksgiving week and it was fabulous. The new room décor was all soft brown/cream-colored tones which to me, were calming and relaxing. The room was very clean, the bed was so comfortable and the shower was outstanding. There were bath and body works shampoos and lotions, and also towels for the beach, very nice amenities. Our friends stayed in an unrenovated beachfront room and although the room was older, the décor was bright, inviting and clean. We enjoyed watching the sunset from their balcony a couple of the nights we were there. The

If there was a two and a half rating I would've gave it that because at best this was a middle of the road experience. We got a ocean front room in early August, while the site does say these rooms are not yet renovated, they are in very sad shape, old and run down and not worth over $300 a night at all. The sliding glass door did not lock. I called front desk and said we were about to leave the room but would wait for maintenance to fix the lock, they said maintenance would be right there. An hour later no maintenance, called the front desk again, they said he was busy and would be there soon

I absolutely love our Beachfront king room . It has a very inviting Old Florida charm that I instantly fell in love with . The bed was so comfortable with the highest quality linens and updated bedding . I didn’t wanna get out of it . The room so spotless clean . The sofa appears to be brand new and very nice quality and comfortable. The view is worth every penny . Walk right out to the beach . The resort is very nice in every way . The pool area is gorgeous and the lounge makes delicious drinks. The front staff have all been amazing and so kind . The resort also offers free bikes you can use
