With years ofophthalmologist visits this was hands down the best experience. Both the assistant and Dr. Brown were so kind and knowledgeable in answering my questions. Dr. Brown fitted me for contacts. She listened to my past experiences with contacts and how I always had a issue with my contacts irritating my eyes. I never understood how other people could wear contacts all day with no complaints when with me after 2-3 hours all I could think about was getting them out. The contacts she paired me with have been amazing! I wear them all day and I completely forget I have them in. No dryness, no

I saw Dr. Brown near the end of January. At that time I didn't want to do my contract exam because my eyes were super dry. Dr. Brown told me that I could come back in within 30 days to get the exam done for $40. She said she would note it in my chart. Well my son got sick with the corna virus near the end of Feb. I didn't want to spread this to the staff. I called and was told I can still do it afterwards. But as we all know the world kinda shut down for a few months. I called to make my appointment and all of a sudden there was no record of what she said. Ive been packing to move so I can't find

I had my mother take my daughter in for a eye exam to get her permit and she had wanted contacts as well so I asked them since I had my mom take her how much it cost for her to get contacts. They told me $60-$90 for the contacts. And that they would show her how to put them in. She came home with 2 for 1 eye not for both eyes and had also tried to get the place outside to charge for glasses that would be free under insurance. So I had to cancel the glasses order of almost $80 there as well as call to see why she didn't have contacts when the lady said that she would get them on Friday. Well my

Front desk ladies extremely rude. Called a couple months ago for information on my prescription never called me back. Went in personally and now it is past a year and "legally" cannot give it to me. The reason I probably never got a call back was I was getting close to a year and they wanted to schedule a new eye exam.

I called to make an appointment last Wednesday to try and get an exam before the New Year, realizing that I had not taken advantage of my insurance for the calendar year, my fault. I was at first told that they were booked until after January 1st. I was asked if I had been there before, and my response was, yes- once, about a year and a half ago. I explained that I had procrastinated about making an appointment before January, and was in a panic. I was given an appointment for today at 9 a.m. when I got there, I realized that their office did not open until 9:30, and obviously, they bent over backwards

Doesn't appear this office is trained well on filing insurance. Prior to the appointment, I received numerous phone calls/emails going back and forth on my son being covered by his insurance. In the same day, they called to say he wasn't covered and that I would need need to self pay. A few hours later they emailed and said he was covered. So much back and forth. Rather than them offer to call the insurance to verify his coverage, I had to call insurance myself and tell the office how to bill the visit so that it would be covered. After seeing how the staff struggled to determine insurance coverage
