Located in Magnolia, TX, our newly-developed park is nestled on 40 pristine acres of towering native trees where you can immerse yourself in the local wildlife. We offer 89 modern sites, all of which are full hook-up sites. A gated entrance and exit provides a secure environment, and our on-site park hosts are here to assist our guest.
Many guests enjoy the close proximity to Houston, Texas and its many popular cultural and sporting attractions. Or they may want to venture around the old town of Magnolia and adjacent communities for their many outstanding restaurants, antique stores and shopping areas, nearby lakes and golf courses, as well as the nation's largest renaissance event during the weekends in October and November - the Texas Renaissance Festival.

Here at Magnolia Forest RV Park, we strive to make every guest feel relaxed and enjoy our surroundings. Our beautifully decorated recreation room provides a relaxing spot for campers to gather together by the fireplace, read a book from our library, watch television, access the internet, play games, work puzzles, or just enjoy the tranquility!

All of our 89 concrete sites have Full Hook-Ups with 20, 30 & 50 AMP electrical service water, sewer, and Wi-Fi. Many sites are nestled in the forest with 10' x 10' wood decks or 10' x 10' or larger cement patios. Our pull-through section provides 45' x 15' concrete pads to accommodate the big rigs.

A nice stop for 2 nights. Very clean with a large laundry room. Ponds to stroll too. Seems to have a lot of full time rvs there and if I relocating to the area I'd live there. Didn't see or talk to any of the residents but it had a safe and friendly vibe. From the other parks in the area this one seems the best, would definitely stay here again next time we visit our friends.

LOVED this RV park! Very well maintained, and folks were friendly. There's a Rec room with library and private bathrooms (each with its own shower, if needed), and the nicest laundry room I've ever seen at any RV park! Concrete pads were perfectly level - no blocking under tires required. Our visit was in October, but most sites appear to have decent shade for hot TX summers. Nice pond that appears to be gator-free (YAY!), and they even have a separate dog park where your "furry children" can exercise! Though we didn't use it, it looked like they even have an LP gas refill station ON-SITE! Can

Just had a great stay at this campground. Friendly camp hosts and residents. Nice and quiet, plenty of walking space and a great catch and release pond. The grands loved it too. The only thing I wish we had was a fire pit at the site. There is a large fire pit by the lake but, during the pandemic, I wasn't too keen on starting a fire and having potential visitors gathering with us. Ah well, this too shall pass. Check this place out. You'll be glad you did!

Beautiful place to RV. You do feel like you're in the forest, but with great amenities. You can go down to the pond and throw in your pole or just sit and watch the squirrel, birds and bunnies. The hosts are awesome, they always go above and beyond. We got here a year ago and decided to make this home. Have met and made some fantastic friends that we consider our "forest family". Kid friendly, my grandbabies love to come here and pet friendly, our 13 year old lab has her own "forest friends". This is just a perfect little "forest get-away "!!!!
