Services
We at Rosewood Village RV Park would like to extend warm welcome to you. We are happily committed to making every effort to help this be a place you will love to call home, no matter the length of stay. If it's only a pause on your journey we want it to stand out as a pleasant memory. We are going to do our part to attend to the kind of details that will meet with your satisfaction and comfort.
Magnolia Market has its own food truck park with some of the best food trucks you could ask for. This alone, in my opinion, makes it one of the best things to do in Waco. After we worked up an appetite doing the hula hoop and playing cornhole, we didn't even need to leave the Market for a delicious lunch.

We have stayed here for a minimum of 10-12 weeks a year for the past 8 years, not once were we ever thanked for coming or anything from management.
The cleaning staff are fantastic. Concreted spaces are nice.
Fantastic Location and price so you can over look trivial items pretty easy.
Do be careful, we have had packages stolen from the office as well as off our steps.

Would give zero stars if possible. the owners are pretty decent,(i was late on febuaries rent but paid) but the people who dont pay rent are looting places i lease the rear shop and had several people including the owners son Sam within the park witness Tony Davis( the tiny trailer to your right with the motorcycle as soon as you pull in) and Paul livingston #5. Ive since called the police and made arraingements to move elsewhere. The owners allow these type of people in the park and it trashes it terribly. My opinoin as long as these type of people are here I reccomend you tow elsewhere. Oh by

The management the make there own rules up.. The owner only listens to them. If you have an old broken down RV you live in, then you are the outcast. If you live in a $100,000 or $200,000 RV/Moterhome then you are welcome there. The more your RV looks like it cost, the more you pay for rent.. Some people pay $30 a day, when others pay $100 a day. Just because it looked like they had money. They tell you that it's OK to do something, then tell you violated the rules and evict you. The owner and the county judge do favors for each other. If the owner or management want something down they go to the

This is not a big rig friendly place. We left early and manager was good to refund money. Very close spots. Noisy place due to gun range nearby and railroad across the street. There are concrete pads but no paved roads.

Sorry to say i had to watch the manager be extremely rude to an elderly lady that lived there. Roads are like a mud bog, bathrooms are horrible. I was here 2 years ago and the rv park was amazing, this place has gone downhill. We will no longer send our guys through there when they are out in the field. And to see people be treated so harshly by management was out of this world.

The owners are so kind. They made my stay on and off of 4 years amazing. I left my RV and when I returned... it was just as I left it.Always felt safe. Perfect country area. I would highly recommend.

They have concrete and dirt spaces available to cater to your camping style.
Great little rv park in the woods. Only problem we had while staying for 3 months, the bathroom/showers were very unsanitary and did not get cleaned on a regular basis.
