What a nice, clean, well organized park!
It has nice concrete pads, super clean showers and the roads are very well maintained.
The owner is on site 7 days a week.
Also during the Texas freeze of 2021, he was there and kept right on top of everything.
He even turned the water on for a few hours in the heat of the day so we could take showers and do dishes etc!
I highly recommend staying here, no complaints at all!!

Just stumbled on to this new RV Park for the first time.
It’ located in Magnolia Texas just off of FM 1488 and Spur 149 which is also very close to I45 however still fells like you are in the country.
The Owner/Manager is very nice and willing to help you in anyway he can.
The Owner/Manager also said they are trying to add more amenities as they grow, currently there is no pool or trees/landscaping however the sites do have concrete pads with gravel roads.
Also for you Thousand Trails members it’s great place to stay for anyone whom needs their week out between the park in Willis Texas

We are new to the RV world and wanted a safe place to try out our new RV. Tedd was very helpful and gave us great hints as we start this new adventure. Check in was easy and Tedd even checked in on us to be sure we were getting along smoothly. Magnolia Fields was easy to find, close to what we needed, yet outside the hussle and bussle of the city. Great place to visit. Highly recommended by the new kids on the block.

I have stayed long-term at a handful of different parks/ “resorts” over the years, and while I have only been at MF for a few weeks, I love it here SO MUCH! It is spacious, peaceful, and quiet. Tedd, the owner, and his family are top-notch - so friendly and communicative, willing to help out in any way possible, flexible, and they really care about this place and the people here. There is plenty of space, paved sites, fantastic laundry set-up, and the BEST wi-fi you’ll ever find in an RV park. MF is home!

I've stayed in many RV parks, Magnolia Fields RV Resort is by far, the best. Besides the beautiful surrounding woods, a pond with fountain, concrete slabs, full hook-up, including 50 amp service, laundry and showers , the owner is a genuinely nice person. I left there feeling I had made a new friend. It was so pleasant I stayed a couple of extra days. I will be back.
