When is the leasing center open? A. Our office hours are Monday through Friday from 9:00 am to 6:00 pm, Saturday from 10:00 am to 5:00 pm, and Sunday from 1:00 pm to 5:00 pm. At times, we may have extended hours or after-hour events. Should you be unable to visit during our scheduled hours, please let us know so we may have the opportunity to accommodate your schedule.

This experience was better then I could imagine.
Before I came over to this location, I was in the process of signing another lease with another apartment complex. That apartment manager and office were the worst customer service I have ever experience. I have worked in Customer Service for 12years and have never experience anything like that. The worst experience ever!

I enjoy the quality living spaces in Hollybrook Ranch. It's a great location and price in a quiet area. The current management is very helpful and responsive. Definitely not luxury living. Floor plans are nice but quality is not. All the doors have huge gaps, vinyl planks are bulged in certain areas and loose. Walls and floors are paper thin. The fire alarms are constantly going off in some off the buildings. The smoke detectors in the apartment are a joke you can’t even boil water without the going off. Quality control was definitely lacking. The valet waste is nice but very unreliable. Not sure if they’re forgetful or just decide they want to skip pickup of trash on some levels. Not to mention on the day that pickup doesn’t run, huge piles off

It's exactly 12months we moved into this property. A very big thank you to the Estella the property manager. Her warm attitude and professionalism won us over as we have other options at the time. The experience has been wonderful, the staffs and the people here are great, the responsiveness to service request is wonderful and the professionalism of the staff from the front desk to the technicians has been great. We have no hesitation to renew our lease this year. I would recommend this property to anyone seeking a good and comfortable place to live in Round Rock.

I was sold a dream. The biggest factor that weighed moving to Hollybrook was the fact that the community is “smoke free”. Within the lease agreement, it stated as such that no person is permitted to smoke on the premises. Nope, they don’t care at all. I have asthma and terrible allergies that is triggered by secondhand smoke, it’s so awful that it gives me migraines. When I first informed management that I smelled cigarette smoke within my apartment, Linda did her due diligence to support me in ceasing the nuisance. Once the property manager stepped in, ultimately they said they couldn’t

If I could give these apartments zero stars I would. Constantly they are sending us emails regarding the patio policy that it has to be to their liking or you will be fined. The building material is too cheap for the price that you are having to pay for rent. If you show up after 9:00 PM and don’t have a reserved parking space, you’ll be lucky to get a parking spot by your building. The apartments have been open for over a year, We are paying 1600+ in rent to not be able to use any amenities outside of office hours or at all. Do not move here unless you want a run for your money!

When I first moved in I love these apartments, they are nice with a nice size, but besides the aesthetic I feel like nobody really tries to help with my concerns. I have one bathroom and and my toilet wasn’t working for 5 days. There was no rush or even seemed to be a concern for the fact it was my only bathroom. I had to go to my friends house who lives nearby & I have a child as well so as you can probably tell it was a very big inconvenience.
