I've been a resident at Anthem City-Line for the past 4 years. I’m originally from Gloucestershire England and have been utterly impressed by the positive social-culture and resourcefulness of the front office staff.
I thoroughly appreciate the thoughtfulness of the staff to meet the needs of the resident and address any concerns brought to their attention.
I specifically admire the work ethics of the Building Cleaning person Ray. It appears, he’s always cleaning the passageways, parking garage and the indoor dog-park. Ray is undoubtedly a key contributor and a difference maker to the complex

Nice place to live with a convenient location and a variety of places to eat, drink, shop, or find services within a few minutes. Access to major highways is super easy. The units are well-appointed and comfortable. Maintenance is always efficient and handles requests for service in a timely manner. Office staff has always been professional and willing to assist. I love Richardson’s bike-friendly streets.

They are always so nice and very quick and efficient in what they do. Top tier workers and a great asset to this apartment complex.
Everything onward is a bonus.
The apartments are affordable and well kept.
There is a ton of nice events hosted by the staff and by city line. Its a great place to live if you love the feeling of going out around town with the added bonus of not actually having to drive anywhere.
I definitely recommend checking this place out.

Let me tell you Amanda is Awesome Top 10. She was very knowledgeable, courteous and friendly. I had visited several other complexes in 3 days and when I arrived to Anthem and met Amanda before we even completed the tour I said I'm home. I couldn't wait to fill out my paperwork. I'm looking forward to my new home and the quality customer service that Amanda and Amos portray. Job well done.

Do not move here. There have been several thefts in the garage over the last few months, the last occurred a few days ago. My son's new motorcycle was stolen. He went above and beyond to ensure it was alarmed and couldn't be driven away. He believes someone was able to get in because the security gates are usually left open, and they probably had several thugs load his bike into the back of a truck and drive away. Since the cameras are only on a continuous feed, there is no way of finding out who stole his bike since the feed isn't saved. The property managers did nothing and

The moving process is never easy.. and having to shop for apartments is even worse. Which is why I want to say a BIG THANK YOU to Amanda and Lindsey. Thank you both for answering our endless questions, taking us on multiple tours, and everything in between. The selling point for us with Anthem was the customer service. First let me say that the maintenance team is great. JR has been to my apartment more than once and is always professional, courteous and thorough.
I enjoy the apartment itself and the community is esthetically very attractive. However, I'm certain the exorbitant money devoted to landscaping (especially around the pool area), could be used for other more pressing improvements. For one, a basic Preventative Maintenance Program. The work is consistently lacking in either general performance, appropriate labor devoted to this practice or inspection of the tasks completed.

Please whatever you do DO NOT MOVE HERE!! Management is AWFUL and theft is at an absolute HIGH here. I had my car broken into on August 31st. All 4 of my wheels were stolen and my rear drivers side window was broken in the parking garage. Management said this has NEVER happened here before that this was the FIRST incident to ever happen at Anthem Cityline. Well come to find out this was NOT the first time this has happened here.

This apartment complex is the worst. I've lived here for a couple years and the only reason I stayed that long is because I hate moving. This place is extremely overpriced and the quality of the apartments are very low. The parking garage is filled with trash. Not sure what changes have been made in the past two months, but the place has gone downhill fast. Trash everywhere and it is definitely not worth the money. Don't make the mistake I did...go somewhere else!

DO NOT MOVE HERE! Terrible, terrible, terrible management. I've lived in many of the up-scale apartment communities in the DFW area and this place is the absolute WORST! Upon move-out, they are attempting to charge over $3,000 in erroneous repairs for the hardwood floor without providing any proof or response. They will not return phone calls or emails with many attempts over the past year to dispute these charges. Don't be fooled by the aesthetics of this place as the management is the worst I have ever experienced! DO NOT MOVE HERE, save yourself and your money.

This is a poorly-managed facility with non-responsive management. In addition to unresolved security issues like door locks that don't work, they are also unresponsive to tenant concerns. It is impossible to get hold of anyone in management after-hours or on weekends when most tenant issues arise. Lindsey ("property manager") is rude, defensive and could care less about tenant concerns. Multiple calls, emails and texts all go unheeded as local management simply doesn't care. Find another place to live where someone actually cares.
