Jason and Matthew were great! I was a first time homebuyer with oh so many questions! They were always patient with me and were very quick to answer all my questions. From the beginning, the staff were friendly and helped us find the right home to rent. They responded quickly (within a couple of hours usually) to maintenance requests, and when we decided to move out of the state, they worked with us to find a solution to our need to terminate the lease early.

This company will find creative ways to take your deposit. The home was nasty when we moved in and was told by Matthew that the house was “as is” and to clean the home ourselves. Our home was thoroughly cleaned prior to leaving. Just to cover tracks because from the previous Google reviews they have swindled others from their deposit.
They still charged us $700 out of our deposit. Jennifer is so unprofessional and has a very condescending tone when speaking with customers. We have never been late once out of two years of paying rent. Yet and still we were cheated out of our money. We will

By far the best company to rent from they go above and beyond for their tenants. If there’s ever been an issue in the home it’s always handled quickly and correctly. They’ve never hesitated to replace anything that needed to be replaced. We are about to move into our second home within this company and are very excited to continue our business with them. We’ve rented through other companies before and no one compares, HIGHLY recommended Carolinas Dynamic Realty!

Carolina Dynamic Reality is not a great company to Rent from or Sell or Buy a home. They are very unprofessional and rude. I rented a home and they charge me $540 to replace 3 blinds, light bulbs, removing cables cords, replacing the sink and tub stoppers, air filters and putting an old alarm system back on the wall. I would attach the bill if I could.... IT DON’T COST THAT MUCH TO REPLACE ANY OF THOSE THINGS.... RIP OFF... DON’T TRUST THESE PEOPLE...
Secondly, they charged me $309 for a couch, table and bed rails that I forgot in the garage which they could have called the Charlotte recycled

Carolina’s Dynamic Realty is by far the best agency I have ever leased with. I have been in my beautiful home for a little over 2 months now, and Jennifer is always available anytime I have a question. I have yet to experience a maintenance issue that took more than 24 (or even 12!!) hours to be resolved. Highly recommended!!

I can't begin to tell you how grateful I am for Matthew (and Jason). We had signed a contract to buy another house , so my anxiety level was very high to get our house sold. It began with the beautiful, color, spiral bound, 17 page brochure of our house. We were given advise on pricing which was very comforting. We wanted a little painting done before the house went on the market. Matthew contacted a painter for us who was very reasonable and did great work in a very timely manner.

Carolinas Dynamic Realty has handled my rental property in Charlotte for 8 years now. It has been a great experience and afforded me the peace of mind of home ownership from a great distance. Matthew has always been honest . I have never been kept in the dark about any issues that came up. They have been quick with responses and addressing any issues.
