Apotheke Yoga was founded in March of 2018 in our storehouse. This is actually where our name comes from. Apotheke in Greek can be interpreted as 'storehouse-a place to store goods.' which seemed quite fitting. Apotheke began with a small clear space and tarps as walls, we renovated shortly after to build our real walls.
We are experienced instructors who care about our clients and their individual needs. Our atmosphere is inviting, peaceful and we are surrounded by nature on our private property. Yoga unites the mind, body, and soul in a way that eases tension, reduces inflammation, and promotes health and well being.

Arleene is the owner/founder of Apotheke Yoga, a registered E- 500 hour instructor with The Kaivalya Yoga Method, 250 hour Aerial Yoga Instructor, and has studied under Alanna Kaivalya as well as attended workshops with Ana Forrest.
In addition to the standard 500 hours, she is knowledgeable in: meditation, yogic philosophy and mythology, in the art of adjustments, is certified in chakra therapeutics, Zumba, and an Embody Love Movement Facilitator.In her free time she loves spending time with her husband Michael, their beautiful children Logan and Bella and their menagerie of animals.

Come out and enjoy a guided meditation and sound bath for the fall season. This will be a time to celebrate our harvest with love and gratitude, to release what no longer serves us, and to prepare our inner-ground for transformation and prosperity. Pascuala Miller is a certified RYT-200, Vibration Sound Therapist, and an experienced meditation teacher/coach.

I have enjoyed every class. The owner Arleen is fabulous as well as the other instructors. It's a welcoming and peaceful environment. I feel comfortable to move at pamy own pace. The instructors are very mindful of showing you variations of pose's to accommodate any injury's you may have. The price is very a great value for what you receive. I would encourage everyone to try this hidden Azle gem!

As the owner of this studio I have the unique privilege of running the studio while also attending classes with our other instructors. The space is continually evolving and/or improving and is always a place of refuge. All of the instructors are inclusive, kind, and offer various styles which keep you feeling excited about each class. We have created a wonderful space for this community to learn about and grow in their yoga practice.

We are so lucky to have such a fun, inviting, and professional yoga studio in Azle! The instructors are very knowledgeable and helpful. Great class times and variety. I've been going to Apotheke for almost a year now and plan to continue. The aerial yoga is so transformative and refreshing. Definitely my favorite.

Arleene and the rest of the teachers at Apotheke are amazing. They lead their classes so well and give such sound advice and guidance. I have loved every class I've taken at Apotheke. The aerial classes are especially fun! So thankful for this beautiful studio tucked back in a peaceful country setting.

Apotheke Yoga is a little slice of heaven tucked away in the Azle countryside. The classes are profound and Arleene is incredible. I am finding myself craving more time here and through that my practice is becoming more balanced. She also changes her delivery of classes. From outdoor yoga to yoga under the stars. You can't beat Apotheke Yoga!
