Take your business somewhere else, had fraud charges during Christmas time someone ran up my card at the same gas station several times $800 in total. 2 weeks later I’m yet to get a call back and update or my funds. I have called several times on hold 45 minutes until I get hung up on. When I go to branch they say they are looking into.

Let me start off by first saying that I used to love ECCU. I've been a member with them since 2012 and I have financed multiple vehicles with them and lines of credit. Over the last year or so I can honesty say that the level of customer service and flat out care for their members has diminished to less than nothing. Being a member of a small credit union you would think you would get treated better than being with a big bank like Chase or Wells Fargo. WRONG! Hold times to get through to a representative are well over 30 minutes each time if they even answer They are getting a new CEO in January

The absolute worst experience I have ever had dealing with a bank ever! I have financed 3 vehicles here but the last one was miss handled so bad it costed me 100 points on my credit score. Maurice McShepard was my loan consultant and never finished my paper work properly resulting my loan going to collections! They are too busy going on 2 week vacations and trying to do everything by email. All not wanting to help you in person anymore that results in halfway doing their job. All they can say it was our mistake but you can dispute it with the credit bureaus. I definitely should have went to my

Jun Smith was a pleasure to work with at Energy. I was so nervous and she made everything so easy. I had worried about setting up a business account for weeks and when I got Jin, I asked why had I stressed so horribly. Her enthusiasm, assurance and follow up made it very easy to do business! I called with concerns about my account and the fact the bank does not have a deposit option on their ATM machines for after hours. Kristina was very patient, informative and understanding. She helped me with my account and stated she would sent to her leadership my concerns. After speaking with her she sent me a follow up email and called to ensure me my concerns were addressed. Great customer service wins with me every time. I appreciate ECCU for having someone in place like Kristina.

This is my favorite Credit Union. The tellers are friendly and happy to help. Today I went in to make several changes and Teller Maria happily helped me finalize what I needed. I also want to thank her for recommending Power Checking to me. Now I can stop paying $9.99 to monitor my credit elsewhere as it's going to be done for half that price now that I have Power Checking. Every little savings counts! Thanks Maria! I'm glad you were at the Northwest Freeway location today!

I’ve banked with this Credit Union for years. I’ve never had a bad experience and most recently decided to purchase a new car. Not only did the Bank Manager assist me in finding a preferred dealership, he also took the time to explain the process and gave me tips on preparing for dealing with the salesman. Once the deal was made I knew I wanted to finance with the Credit Union and their rates were 1/2 as much as the dealership rates. I worked with Corynn Rhodes and couldn’t have had a better experience. I didnt even have to go into the bank. She handled all the transactions electronically

Just recently got a new truck and was very impressed with the customer service my wife and I received. They quickly sent me on my way with what they call a premier check so I could go to the dealership after the credit unions business hours. The warranties they offer are great and for an good price too.
When I called to get my account number the customer service rep was very helpful at getting me all the information I needed to set up my payments online. I will also note that the rewards system on debit card transactions are awesome too. Not many banks offer rewards for debit purchases. I highly

I've been here two times because this location is closer to my new job. Every time I come to this location it's an issue. The first time I wanted to get money from my account and she told me she couldn't process it and needed me to come in. The second time I went through drive through I filled the slip out to withdrawal money and it back to me saying that the last four of social security number was required to withdraw money from my account I have with Energy Capital. I'll be looking for another bank. I shouldn't have issues every time I come in.
