I came up with someone who needed to use their services and I politely asked if I could quickly use 1 of the 2 restrooms. I was told I needed to go down the street to Subway. When I arrived back and took a seat to wait on my friend they told a man he could go ahead and use the restroom. I'm not sure why this rule applied to me and not him but the man who would not allow me to use the facilities was named Chad Prado. I will not be advising any of my friends to use this business and I believe in not discriminating on people based on gender, looks, or any other profiling. Also, I want to praise

I've been with InvesTex for almost 4 years. The app for online banking is dated and lacks features many other credit unions and banks provide (e.g., remote deposit of checks).
They offer perks to entice you to open an account only to later inform you of fees or that the perk is illusory. For instance, they advertise that, for their checking account for people 55 and older, you get free checks and free money orders. Only later do you find out InvesTex doesn't issue money orders and that there's a whopping delivery charge if you order checks.

This is the crappiest bank ever. They fee you up like crazy. Put my check in the bank on Friday it's now Thursday the following week. They rejected it and hit me with so far 4 fees. Won't release my check bc it's in negative. It's in negative bc they rejected it. They did this to me the last 3 times. Just this month they have stolen over 200 dollars from me in fees. Mind you I have been putting the same check in for the last almost 2 yrs twice a month. They never have any branch managers who can reverse all this. Say goodbye to this customer I'm done.

I just received the royal treatment from Laura Guzman, branch manager at the Heights location. I went in to get pre-approved for a vehicle loan and Laura spent valuable time teaching me how to buy a car, what to ask for, and how to approach different situations. She was patient and encouraged me to come back for her to review the deal. With her help with information, we were able to negotiate a deal, get the car I really wanted, and feel good about the transaction. This is the first time I felt like buying a car was not intimidating. Thanks!

Worst bank ever! I've brought over 100k in accounts to them from me personally. 2 cars, a recreational vehicle, savings and checking account. I've never been so disappointed with a bank in my life. Rude customer service, can't ever get ahold of anyone, you can even see the transactions on anything you purchase just a balance. Monday I will be switching all my accounts to TDECU. They froze my credit card for no reason as well, never been late, in fact paid it off to a zero balance, came back from a cruise and it was frozen for no reason. If you can change the attitude and mindset of certain Upper Management then my advice would be to begin to genuinely care about the work, life balance of your employees. To have about 50 employees total give or take and the majority be stressed out or dread coming to work is ridiculous. Stop abusing your employees! Not providing help, not hiring more staff and not allowing overtime depicts how much Upper Management truly doesn't care about it's employees or the conditions under which they
