If you have any respiratory problems, I would definitely not recommend this place. The construction is poor. It looks pretty on the outside. My neighbors were smoking and my toddlers ended up inhaling second hand smoke all night. When I opened the door to his room, it was filled with the smell of smoke to the point it was hard for me to breath. With him being two, he is unable to tell me if he feels bad. I had a headache that whole day afterwards. Others smelled it on his clothes. No one came by the apartment to make sure the everything was alright. They sent a letter out to my neighbors the next

I rented here at Springridge and had never been accused of stealing anything in my life until I rented here, if you think this place has anyone best interest your wrong I would never recommend this place to rent to anyone you will regret it. the after and so called repair that they say has been done is an additional cost. Just watch the hidden cost on the contract and make make sure you get the manager to walk through before leaving because some how i carried a washer and dryer down 20 steps down to the ground floor when it took 2 men to install it in the apartment and I forgot to mention our car

My experience with the Residences of Springridge has been amazing. I have lived here over a year and I have not had any problems. I was very afraid to move into an apartment after living in my home for over 20 years because I had never lived in an apartment beforehand. The management staff made me feel very comfortable. They placed me in a really great location and I have been elated. They have great amenities, clean atmosphere and this is a very quiet environment. I can earnestly say I made a superb choice in coming to reside at the Residences of Springridge.

Travel Nurses be careful. They will try and take your money. I am being poached for another month of rent because my three month lease required me to send in a 60 day notice of when I was vacating the premise. When I have quotes and spoke to staff on the phone about my move out date being August 31st. Since it wasn’t a letter with my signature, it doesn’t count. A three month lease shouldn’t require me to have to give notice.

DO NOT live here. Management is so fake, they act like they are all courteous and generous, but they stuck me with $430 worth of extra charges and kept my $200 deposit on top of it. My rent was $848 so you do the math there. You can't have any other television service other then DirectTV and the area only offers AT&T's slowest internet speed. Both of which they declined to tell me before living here. Village at Westlake is much better. Don't waste your time with Megan or any other manger at this property. BEWARE. Dirty baseboards?? really. Karma won't be very good to them

WORST PLACE EVER!!! We Lived there for year and a half it was a horrible experience. Apartments ARE NOT SOUND PROOF at all, you can hear EVERYTHING specially if you are on a first floor like I was. IT'S JUST A FANCY POOR QUALITY CONSTRUCTION BUILDING. Upstairs neighbors were inconsiderate people, don't expect anything from the administrator if you complaint for excessive noise, THEY JUST DON'T CARE, administration will rent to anyone just for the money. They are VERY EXPENSIVE and you will NOT GET the quality experience that you expect for your money, there is no recreation for you
