Our livestream classes are interactive, easy to follow and give you access to the 3B classes you love with out having to book a baby sitter. All virtual classes are listed under the Florham Park schedule but all clients can attend. We are so happy to welcome you in to our bright, clean and sun filled studios.

Three Birds is built around a community of open-minded yogis focused on honoring and guiding each student on their path towards a more healthy and joyful life. Our goal is to help you get stronger, breathe better and live your life to the fullest. Can't touch your toes or stand on your head? No problem!
The perfect class for newbies and even more experienced practitioners looking for a refresher. We will explore the basic alignment of the foundational yoga poses including standing poses (warriors, extended side angle, triangle) simple balancing poses, downdog and seated poses. This class is specifically designed for all shapes and sizes and will teach you how to use props and modify poses to make them accessible.
We are so pleased that you are interested in practicing yoga at Three Birds. We have over 25 classes on our schedule with class levels and styles for all abilities. If you are brand new to yoga or have only practiced a handful of times we would suggest starting with a foundations class, gentle, restorative, flow to restore or yin yoga.
We are located in the heart of South Orange above the Chase Bank and across the street from the Gas Light. The best place to park is right behind our building on Sloane St. You can download the Park Mobile App HERE so you are ready to rock when you arrive. We don't have a building sign but you will see our big, bright logo on our front door.

I've been practicing yoga for almost 10 years now. I've jumped from yoga studio to yoga studio without ever finding a studio that I could call my own until now. I enjoy all of the classes they have to offer. Even through quarantine, they've managed to help refine my at home practice via Zoom. Three Birds Yoga is more than just a yoga studio, it's a warm community built by instructors who truly care and understand the spiritual discipline of yoga.

As a beginner who has tried several yoga venues, this is the first time I felt like I wanted to stay. The atmosphere at Three Birds Yoga Studio is calm, low-keyed and supportive. I appreciate it that it’s not noisy or frenetic so I can get in a contemplative mindset. After each session, I have definitely felt more relaxed than when I started. I definitely recommend that anyone considering yoga should try Three Birds Yoga Studio.

I don't know why I waited so long to start coming to Three Birds Yoga Studio! If you are thinking about signing up for classes definitely give it a try. Even if you have never done yoga before the beginner classes are a great place to learn. After using the new student package (a great deal) I liked it so much I joined the unlimited monthly access. Since coming here I experience less chronic pain and always look forward to the classes. All of the yoga instructors are very welcoming, knowledgable, and make an effort to remember your name.

I love going to classes at Three Birds. There is something for everyone, from beginner classes to more challenging ones. I always look forward to attending class here! I definitely recommend to anyone who is looking to get into yoga: the instructors are so kind and helpful. Also, the studio is super cute!

I am so impressed with ThreeBirds Yoga! It’s a calm, peaceful warm environment filled with lovely supportive yoga instructors that really care about their students. I look forward to going to each class and I am always learning something new in my practice of yoga. The studio is immaculate and that is very important to me. There are ample amounts of equipment for everyone. It is a special place to be!!!

Three Birds Yoga Studio is the perfect place to go whether you are a beginner or an advanced yogi. All the teachers offer hands on learning and talk you through each pose, but they dont talk too much. It's a beautiful studio that offers tons of different classes and its easy to get too. Tons of parking and very friendly staff!

I absolutely love practicing at Three Birds! From the moment I arrived for my first class, I was delighted by the warm and welcoming atmosphere. I have taken various types and levels of classes now and have enjoyed each one. The instructors make each session unique by infusing their own personalities and by varying the focus and routine. They are also extremely adept at accommodating individual needs. The studio is beautiful- calming, light, and clean. I am so grateful to have found such a nourishing yoga community!
