MMRB gathers discarded bicycles, repairs them, and gives them away. MMRB also offers repair services with a labor charge of $24 per hour plus parts, and sells a variety of used parts and accessories, as well as used bicycles. MMRB volunteers go to community recycling events and gather the reusable bicycles brought in.
People who have a bicycle they no longer need can contact MMRB directly. A small donation is welcomed to offset disposal expenses for worn tires and other non-recyclable parts. We suspend bicycle donations during the winter months due to lack of space. We currently need high quality mountain or hybrid bicycles to fit riders 5'10 and taller, and lightweight hybrid bicycles to fit petite women.

Services
Our schedule is located on the calendar of this web site. I have 2 bikes that I wish to give to you: a 26" Schwinn Collegiate 5-speed mens bike (old school bike), and a 26" Huffy Glacier 10-speed (women's frame). Are you open this Saturday? Our store is not open on Saturdays. The recent article in the Star Tribune was in error on that point.

I had a bike to fix up fir my kiddos birthday. These guys were great to take a look and fix on the spot. They were patient with my questions and showed me how to adjust the seat and handle. I'm very impressed and would suggest using them for your bike needs or if you have bikes to donate or get rid of.

AWESOME AWESOME AWESOME
This bicycle shop saves a ton of money for parents looking for an affordable bike for their child.
I went to a name brand shop and non name brand shop. The least expensive bike they each had was $300 and $150 respectively.
Mr. Michael Recycles Bicycles had a BMX bike that was like new, he put in two NEW tires, fixed up the brakes all for $40.
I cannot thank this store and its very helpful and hardworking staff. THANK YOU.
Anybody who’s looking for bikes or routine maintenance done, please patronize this shop.
