I have been a member with point breeze for about 5 years now and I love everything about this credit union. From the friendliness of the staff either over the phone or in person to the convenience of the app and online services. I just found out about the Holiday loan they offer and applied and can I just say Olga Ramos was very helpful with the process. She kept me updated on every step of the process and we very friendly. I would recommend this credit union to anyone looking for a great place to bank with.

Throughout the years I've financed two vehicles and used point breeze for home refinancing at two different times. Between both types of loans point breeze customer service has been beyond exceptional. They really make all of the processes easy and smooth. A big thank you to Michelle Kleinman at Point Breeze for all of her efforts in getting my refinance done. She was very knowledgeable and helpful! I'd highly recommend her.

Good things have to be shared before you forget. So, writing this review after a visit from Hunt Valley location. I went there to refinance my car loan. The place is nice. I got very good response from front desk.
I want to mention that Gabriella and Chris took care of my loan application. Answered all my questions and clarified my doubts. Thanks to both.
Customer service was good and satisfied.

For a bank not to have digital app that allows transfer of money to an outside bank account is a little ridiculous. if you want to move money around you have to go to the actual building and have a check made out to yourself.

I just wanted to take a minute to tell you what a pleasure it was to go through the refinance process at PBCU. We worked with Bridget Kastner, who was simply amazing in every way.

Bridget was diligent, responsive, creative and so personable. She kept me in the loop throughout the entire process and always returned my calls on the same day.

She made the process as painless as possible. If I ever need mortgage financing in the future, I'll be back and will definitely ask for Bridget.

Worst financial institution. If you have an issue they don't even try to help you. Too many hidden fees there as well. I would stay away from them unless you like loosing money.

I have 17 years customer service with the state of Maryland the customer service in hunt valley bad I had an issue with. The mobile app the customer service lady she acted like she did want to be bother and to top it off the rude lady what answer the phone customer bad I will be going to this branch in person to talk to a manager I work in customer service my thing is if you don’t like your job get another and just to think I back this this credit union if I could give no stars I would Rosedale location the best I would give them 5 stars Hunt valley please work on your customer service I really

Great rate for our 2 vehicles, however representative was frustrating, I dont feel she was very professional at her job. She called with another clients info. As well She didn't seem to know what information was needed, telling us 1 thing then needed it a different way. Glad we finally got the loans at a great rate

I decided to acquire a Equity Loan to consolidate my credit cards and do a few home improvements. As I am not a financial guru, this prospect had me anxious. I contacted PBCU and from there it was easy, clear sailing. Bridget Kastner was my mortgage interviewer and
Candace Hart was my mortgage processor. Both responded to my many questions and concerns and guided me through the process. Everything went on schedule with no horror stories as I have heard form others using other sources. Bridget generally responded to my inquiries with in 10 minutes and always followed up with "no problem

I've been a point breeze member for over 20 years. And I've referred friends and family there many times. I have always used them for auto and motorcycle loans, you really can't beat the price and service. Recently I refinanced my house, and I really shopped around. Nobody came close to the rate and terms I got from PBCU. A couple of the mortgage companies straight up told me I should jump on that. They were almost a full percentage point better than the others and I didn't have to pay points or go FHA.
Closing happened within 30 days and they were able to get it all done quickly

Been with PBCU for 5 years, absolutely love the credit union. The folks are always friendly there. App is pretty easy to use to check balances and make transfers which is all i use it for, I'm not sure why most people are dumping on them, must be because they overcomplicated it too much? Just be aware of your spendings and balances. This is a member referral if i am correct with no membership fee and no fee atm withdrawal at certain locations, they may be small but they're also have co-op banks that allow deposits, withdraws, and atm access

I have been a Point Breeze Credit Union member for several years and every single interaction is expertly, quickly, and pleasantly handled.
I have gotten two loans from PBCU one "old school" by walking in and sitting down with a specialist and the second by "email" entirely.
Both were flawless.

My husband and I have been members of PBCU for 25 years. Our two 18 year olds are members as well. We have had nothing but great customer service, from both bank tellers, and management. We have also had great experiences with customer service reps, over the phone. PBCU has also helped us in the purchasing of our cars, since 1990. My husband and I would recommend this bank to anyone. Well I won't be returning to this location after today. I usually get good service but today I went in and a Caucasian teller was helping me well I gave him my money in his hand like ppl supposed to. He gave me my change and receipt on the counter as if he didn't want to touch my hand. Won't be back. The location need to train employees better customer service.

I've used this branch as my primary bank for a very long time now, and I've never had a bad experience. The tellers are always friendly, and the service is quick. Even when I've run into trouble opening accounts or setting up a debit card because I was inexperienced with banking, the staff was always extremely helpful and has walked me through each process.

My auto loan experience with PBCU has been dismal. Their systems are antiquated, they cannot take payments over the phone, not easy to get a live human on phone to resolve issues. Currently for the 2nd year in a row I am dealing with them putting forced placed insurance on my vehicle loan because they are not able to figure out how to get evidence from my insurance company which the vehicle has always been insured. To further complicate matters they marked my auto loan payment 30 days late because they didn't bother to contact me or my insurer to evidence the vehicle was actively insured.
