In 1969, a group of workers from Bethlehem Steel organized a cooperative, non-profit Credit Union for employees in order to improve the financial well-being of themselves and their families. Since 1969 Members First has been providing low cost, quality financial services to its members.

Today our field of membership has expanded to include people who live, work, or worship in the White Marsh, Perry Hall, Nottingham, Rosedale, and Fullerton communities, and spouses or family members of current Members of the Credit Union.Call or stop by our office today to see if you qualify for membership.
Services
At Members First we make your everyday banking easy with Mobile Banking and Remote Deposit. You can check your account balances and recent activity, transfer funds, pay bills and make deposits right from your smartphone or tablet device. Bill Pay is a secure online banking service available to members who have a valid Share Draft Checking account and are utilizing Members First Online Banking.
At Members First we pay you to use your debit card. Save money and earn cash back every time you use your Members First Visa debit card as a signature transaction - a checking account that really rewards you! Access to over 28,000 fee-free ATMs nationwide via the CO-OP network using your Members First Visa Debit Card.
With just a $5 deposit you can open a Holiday or Vacation Club account to help with special savings needs without dipping into your regular Share Savings account funds. Holiday Club account funds are available for withdrawal beginning in October and Vacation Club accounts feature 5 free withdrawals per year.
One of the most important things we do here at Members First is provide our members with loans tailored to their specific financial needs. We always offer low interest rates on new and used vehicle loans, personal loans, vacation loans, home improvement loans, as well as 1st and 2nd mortgage Home Equity loans.
Members First offers a variety of financing options to help make your new or used vehicle purchase easy. We offer industry-leading low interest rates on both new and used vehicle purchases. We also refinance vehicles to help members lower their monthly payments or pay off their vehicles early. In today's financial world getting approved for a first time car purchase can be difficult.

The worst customer service I have ever experienced. Masks are no longer required for the state, except in Members "Last" Credit Union. Get your money out of here and take it any where else.

Wors customer service, want to open an account and put big chunk on account but the old lady šŸ‘µ was not nice at all ,I felt walk in the jail and trying to get a bail, please put some smile šŸ˜€ faces other wise just pay the building rent, and lose every new customer

Extremely poor customer service, with all that's going on I was told that I could not be waited on. I have been a customer for over 20 years and I will be closing my account. I was told at 11:58 and they close at 12 that I can't be waited on been in line at 11:54.

The branch is small. Each of the employees are friendly, but despite what documents you have and how you desire to conduct YOUR business, it seems that there is another hoop to jump through.

Before going, you MUST ensure that you have everything in order...it's worse that the MVA!!

It's sad to say, but after 40+ years, I closed my account today. I have encountered a number of issues and have been stopped from conducting business on too many occasions because a new "form", more "documentation" or legal hoops and hurdles had to be dealt with.

10 people in line 1 person behind the counter and 3 managers in the back doing nothing had people waiting in line for over 20 minutes to talk with the one teller they had available. Horrible customer service this is not a members first credit union. More like members last. Also when I approached the managers about the situation they could care less.

This bank is the worst and behind in technology. First off if you lose your card they dont give you a temporary, there are limited branches making it almost impossible to access your money. Second if you want any kind of financial advice about mortgage loans or preparation needed to obtain such loans dont expect anyone in this establishment to sit down and walk you through the process. The direct you to a website and you are essentially on your own. Dont bank here!

Definitely worst bank I've ever dealt with....customer service sucks. They never take responsibility when they mess up, and everyone tells you something different when you call about an issue.
