See our community in-person! Your smartphone will be used to grant you access to the home you're interested in and will act as your tour guide. Ready to apply? Once approved, the team will provide you with an electronic lease agreement and work with you to register for our resident portal. You will receive a code and location for a lockbox where you can pick up your keys and move in to your new home at your convenience.
This affordable housing program is for individuals and families with moderate incomes allowing below market rents for those who qualify. The program is not a subsidized housing program as each resident is responsible for their full amount of rent each month. Rental amounts are based on the pre-set income limits in the geographic area and not based on your individual household income.

My apartment and my neighbors friends apartments are all breaking up with no helps from the office personals to send maintenance workers to come fix it. Case in points (1) Carpets needs to be replace because it is full of mildew and smell bad. (2) Bedroom closest doors had been broken since October 2019 and l was promised it will be fix by January2020 and uptill now, it has not being fix and (3) The apartment unit needs a new paints especially the kitchen and the bathroom and lastly, (4) the kitchen garbage disposal constantly breaking up and as the resuls there are many bugs and flies everywhere

I have been praying and waiting for a housing blessing my daughter passed out years ago information for housing I quickly sign up my self and told all my family to reach out and get their housing applications in. So far the first apartment complex to be positive and help start the processing for leasing. It has been a very beautiful long wait. And now I will be able to live here. If you want to live in a complex that allows drug dealing and criminals to rent units, this place is for you. This is a slum unit at its best.
Richmond uses Baycliff as public housing. Therefore this complex's owners enrich themselves off crime. Nothing ever gets done here. Calling to complain about noise, drug dealing or other criminal acts does nothing.
