Noise is an issue at this complex! From how I hear it from a long good standing tenant at this complex, noise complaints have been sent to management for months and the good standing tenant was told either move out or move to a different unit (no guarantee that another noisy shared wall unit won't happen again)! No offer of momentary compensation for the months of complaints of noise with video proof! Almost a year of complaints of noise during the quiet hours! Who needs to have a party with stereo playing at 3am! People have to work and people have children that

NEVER MOVE TO THIS PLACE! we had our car's catalytic converter stolen 5 times and the management was never helpful. Several communication problems with the administration, we moved to another place almost 3 months ago and they never returned our security deposit, the administration is not prepared to deal with residents , they deducted an absurd amount from our deposit, and the administration did not provided a list of deductions. I called several times to find out about deductions and the approximate date when my deposit would be sent, and there is never any information! DON'T MOVE TO THIS PLACE

The owners of the property reached out to me following my review which I found to be very professional and showed the value the owners hold regarding Solace. The owners took my concerns seriously and were committed to improving areas of concern. I would like to offer another review of the property currently now under different management. Rafael is the new manager who has been a good addition and he is very professional. Any concern I have had he has immediately addressed, and he walks around the property regularly to be aware

Raphael and Monica have been very helpful by meeting our needs as they arise. There has been a noise issue. We are Nurses we work 8 to 12 hour night shifts and it is very difficult to sleep with all the repeated noise on a daily basis that comes from the apartment above us. That is the only continued problem that we face.

I have lived on this property for over two years. Since then management and staff have changed. The package retrieval from Usps has been improved. However after six months of a nuisance shared wall unit violating the property quiet hours multiple times a month nothing has been done. The security has done their job along with Richmond police department but management has failed to do their job. Every tenant has a right to quiet enjoyment and if your shared wall unit is partying repeatedly during the quiet hours and tells security and the police the complainant is the problem…clearly the lease

Yasmin A is GREAT to work with I appreciated her customer service. I took a tour as I was looking at relocating for a job opportunity the facility is beautiful and I love the luxuries. I appreciate Yasmin as she's always helpful and when I have a issue or questions she's on the problem and explains thoroughly she is always nice. The gym is always clean and great to workout while working from home. The warm pool is amazing for relaxing. Love the efficiency of the washer and dryer. It's a cozy luxury apartment that my dog and I love to call home and Yasmin doesn't mind when my dog says hi to her
