I live here almost 5 years, and I could said it was one of the worsest time of my life, I strugle with tobaco smoke coming into my unit every single day, got into the point that my 5 year old ended with asthma, and myself to. Theres alot of cacarouches and rats, not only that we had to deal with gunshoots all the time, day and night. It is not a safe environment for chidren. Management never does anything to help, all there always worried about is the inspection they do every year and sending notes to get everything ready for inspection to come in. RUN!!!!! DO NOT RENT FROM HERE!!!! Since living here for almost 10 years (and it's only due to my circumstances) my son has almost been shot walking into the house. My car Windows have been broken. Sercurity is just about none existant they're usually too busy eating to patrol the area. I have been attacked and all management says there is nothing we can do, " you can always put in your 30 day notice". People openly do drugs inside the complex. They are constantly changing managers and management companies. The pool is dirty. Computers and printers don't work. The gym facility is a hit or miss

BEWARE!!! Do not rent here, you will spend you life trying to fix THEIR wrong!! they take advantage of the less fortunate because they believe they can and unfortunately been able to do so. If you have NO choice and you MUST live here, educate yourself on landlord tenant law!!!
Roach infested, bed bug infested incompetent staff is what you'll get.
