Been trying to contact someone for months via phone and email but no response. No one is ever in the office either.
I wonder if 7 On Your Side would get them to respond?

I had the worst experience here...I was almost questioned every month if I paid my rent on time or even at all when I did. I stayed here for 5 years and every person I knew in the office changed out to new jobs or got fired. They always make mistakes on your paper work saying that you owe more then what you actually suppose to pay. The walls are paper thin. I not only heard my neighbors conversations but heard my downstairs snoring when I was trying to sleep when I got home from a long night working overnight..then it was random people off the street using the laundry rooms washing there clothes

I’ve been calling my office for the past 2 days regarding this parking situation and they haven’t picked up not one time! Not a phone call back or nothing. They never pick up at all, you have to go up to the office and they still want help you.
Security put a sticker ON MY WINDSHIELD WHERE I HAVE TO SEE TO DRIVE regarding “illegally parking in front of my house”. Here’s my thing if security is going to do that then they need to be fair an do it ALL the time. There’s a car that would FREQUENTLY park in front of my house an not ONCE have they put nothing on they car.
I pay TOO MUCH

The rental process was fast and the maintenance services are great. The leasing office crew is very nice, and the only reason it is 4 stars is because it's hard to get a hold of the office staff when you need to talk to them.

Great Experience. Fast and courteous viewing. Process was fast got my keys sooner than I thought I would. I love the rooftop amenities and the laundry room. Pools are beautiful and soon will open.

I have been a tenant here for 10 years. Never been not even a day late. Today, Friday I get a 3 day notice to pay 270. Or quit. No explanation. Every year except this one I get notice 30 days in advance of a rent increase. Then they say if you can't pay because of covid fill out some paper

COVID guidelines for apartment viewings are so important. Virtual tours before in-person showing right now is just plain smart. Just as simple: paying an application fee before viewing an apartment is a scam. Application fees ought to be for processing and credit checks once someone decides to apply, not for the $45per person privilege of viewing a potential candidate. This is losing business. Put on some gloves an masks and get some Lysol like every other complex that wants business.

Been living here 3 years can't wait to find something else squatters are a big PROMBLEM security let's them in been complaining about the rats for over 6 months they say a exterminator comes every week but it's getting worse even had a decomposed rat at the bottom of my stairwell in my building goin to be contacting the city of Richmond

Horrible!!! Do not move here!! Management sucks! They do not answer the phone! Do not solve problems! More like causes them! Do not keep you updated on the renovations & how they may effect you!!! As of right now the water is shut off with no notification WHATSOEVER! And I have to be to work in 45minutes! I wouldn't recommend anybody to move here! I cannot wait to move out of this hell hole!

Pretty good so far. I'm still waiting on my referral. I have a coworker who moved in around August or October and still waiting for my referral. They say its going to take a month to get the credit for the referral which is fine I just hope I get a phone call or something to let me know that everything has been process. Also I have been here for 10 years and since new management has came in everything is a whole lot better then before. I love the remodel can't wait to get my new parking spot once they finish. On top of that rent is pretty fair and the neighborhood is quiet. oh one last thing that
