I had a noon showing. I had to use the restroom upon arrival. They told me to go to the gas station and to reschedule. I ask if they could show me the apartment. They took another 15mins. The whole time they made me wait outside.Then they asked for my id to lock it away while we tour. I asked if they could photo it. But they insisted on keeping the id until we return. I canceled the showing due to them not being accommodating, ans in my opinion rude. In my opinion the leasing office is very immature and unprofessional. I will not be looking to rent wirh these people.

I stayed over night at my brothers and parked my vehicle in your GUEST PARKING IN FRONT OF THE MAIN OFFICE and when I came out the next morning I had to experience what a car sounds like without a catalytic converter and THE LADY AT THR FROONT DESK SAID SHE COULDNT HELP ME like DO YOU KNOW WHERE YOURE AT STAY ON ALL 10 imma get my catty back from y'all ON MAMMAS

I have been living here in bella vista for 5 months, i only had bad experiences with the maintenance of the apartments, everything is very old, there are many problems and they do not respond to requests to fix it, i have problems with my stove, and the ceiling of my bathroom for 4 months I've complained several times they just come look and leave, the last time I made a request to fix the ceiling of my bathroom that is leaking water from the apartment above to mine, they came and made a hole in the ceiling, they put a plastic and they left and it's been 7 days

The people that work in the office are very nice! But the way management allow their tenants to live in a pest infestation apartment with roaches is wrong!! My daughter never seen a roach before in her life until moving here! I've sent numerous emails and all I get in return is apologies and Terminix to come out. Terminix has been to my unit over 5 times now. Which still hasn't resolved anything. I've sent emails to management around 4 times in August 2021. I've only been living here since March 2021.

Disappointed paid for parking sticker which is useless still get towed $500. the security is a tow company which the security gate is open and the security is nowhere to be found only a tow truck. cars with out sticker still parked. now.I understand why there’s a mess around the building and garbage area a lot of people disappointed. And the rest find out for your self. The sticker is a scam

Everything is overloaded when you enter the apartment, I've never seen you charge an extra place per month, you pay $25 every month and that wasn't mentioned when you enter. And if you change the car and have to get another sticker, they charge $50 in money order and then there's another $13.50 on the bill and that's not mentioned either. The trash was about to pay $25 a month, and it's getting close to $ 60.As soon as I posted this ad they lowered the trash, now they increased the trash again. Afraud!!! The home alarm is mandatory to pay $25 every month, it's absurd to have to pay a lot every

Another shooting in the complex yesterday. Also, Bella Vista has certain apartments that are used for men group homes and Air BNB's. The people in the office claim they didn't know but we have been calling for the last three months. They continue to slam their door night and day. Security does nothing.

Don't move here. It looks nice, but the management of this property is inept beyond comprehension. When we got the keys to the unit on move in, they didn't walk the apartment with us as they should have. They had security let us in and check it out ourselves. The unit hadn't been properly cleaned for rental. Mold in windows lights not working. Wiring was switched on a few outlets. We couldn't move in until the mold was treated and each day for three days they assured us it had been done (wasn't) and would be done. We were specific about not painting over the mold

Idk where to start! But the management group that runs this property is trash and unresponsive. The on-site management team has to deal with that and I understand it can be hard but be a solution seeker and not just live by the book that FPi management handed you. Because that book you follow doesn't carry every occasion in it and with that said care about your tenants and try to do more.
All in all I wouldn't move here, parking sucks even when you pay for extra parking and maintenance gets done half the time so you have to fix it yourself. Amenities finally opened back up with restrictions

They do not care about their tenants. To fix a leak they take a over six months. As soon you give your 30 notice they towed you car without a warning. For any reason they want to charge you more money. Even the employees look unhappy to work here. I give them a star because other wise I'm not able to post.

The management group that runs these apartments have to be the biggest joke, definitely moving out and spending my money else where. I wouldn’t bother wasting time here, poor management very poor maintenance of actual tenants apartments. Don’t be fooled by the nice entrance because the pools can’t be used not the gyms and parking is a nightmare and tenants vehicles get broken into on the daily.

Run from Bela Vista. You pay for the space and they don't have parking. Security is bad and it doesn't help to laugh in your face.

Ive been living here since March of 2019, it was alright at the start but all things can be improved. What i find funny is whats the point of signing the lease and all that paperwork if no one is going to listen to it? The scent of weed,loud music from neighbors above and below. I live in an ADA unit by the way. So if they would enforce the lease strictly then this place would be fine. Sadly with all the extra amenities being left unused due to covid. There will be a time for that.

Don't move here...Its the worst place in the bay to live. Security will tow your car even if you live here...I Been here 4 years and got towed 6 times... I think since its alot of units they are running some kind of scam . I got to take them to court

WHAT A PILE OF DOG POOH. I got this Wed, May 20th at 3:39 pm. Mailboxes have been down a week and a half. Lines at the post office take about 1-2 hours, who cares if you are handicapped or can't stand in line. Your security sucks, there is no one here after dark, they don't answer calls, and YOUR staff never can be reached. Your ugly is showing again. Your lack of social caring manifests itself again.
