Absolutely love this place and their staff!! Moving in is usually stressful, but they really made it so easy for me! I have plenty of friends in other apartments that are more expensive and when they come over to mine, they get JEALOUS! I mean these units are absolutely gorgeous, exactly how the model looked, and big!! Already taking advantage of the amazing amenities such as the pool, dog park and spa, gym, etc. I feel safe and proud in this complex!

Absolutely fell in love with this property and staff. Both the housing and amenities are top of the line! After months of searching, there is no other place I found that can beat the quality and cleanliness. Big thanks to Jennifer for making the moving process so comfortable and stress free! I have so much appreciation for her professionalism and reliability! So far the best complex I’ve ever lived in!

I wanted to take the time out to leave a review! Not only was I impressed by the grounds and they way things looked. The staff was amazing. I asked a lot of questions as I was looking into this apartments for my daughter and her son, and the staff made this feel like a place they could call home! I appreciate each and every one of you for helping us! The coffee could be a little better. :) inside joke between one of the staff members and I. I hope she reads this and knows she did an exactly job!

This is everyday and a constant issue in this complex . People leave all the trash out and it just sits there for days. Front gate people go thru the exit constantly and tailgate with the front entrance. They have a booth for security and no security guard. Definitely need one to monitor how cars go thru exit and tailgate . People Speed thru the complex in narrow roads equipped really for one car . And dog droppings everywhere and occasionally trash all around my building area . Very disappointed but to say in the correct words. This neighborhood is ghetto.I will not be renewing my lease at all

Since moving to Everwood in May, I have nothing but great things to say. When we first started looking into Everwood, we were not dealing with the greatest employee ever. However, I believe that is total separate issue that has been taken care of. I say this to shed light on how great Tonya is. She stepped in and helped take care of all our paperwork and everything we needed to be ready for move in. The entire staff is kind and friendly. They have stressful jobs. However, they are always kind and easy to deal with. With three college girls living in Murfreesboro, I never feel unsafe or not taken

The Everwood community is a joy to live in and one of the top places I lived in Murfreesboro.
I have never felt unsafe nor felt my concerns were not addressed. The staff responds promptly and goes above and beyond to help. For example, I received a package that could not be out in the heat and one of the staff members got my package and put it inside the office to keep it cool. I can't think of any previous office that would have done that. The maintenance team is amazing! They are very respectful and get the tasks done fast.
The environment is beautiful and during the spring you can see

I have lived at this facility since June & I would not refer this place to my worst enemy. The facility is beautiful, at first glance it seems like the most perfect place to live but it is just one thing after another with this place. You can slap as much paint and fancy finishings on a dump as you want but at the end of the day it is what it is. I've held my tongue far too long. With several weeks notice, we had to move in a day after planned because they had yet to put new carpet in our unit. We moved into Everwood in September of 2020 and couldn't be happier. We relocated back to TN after being gone about a year and I rented an apartment sight unseen (not the best way to do things, but I had to because I needed a place when we got back. I had a friend check it out and even spoke a few times to the property manager who assured me all would be ok.) I was promised a wonderful place to live for my two young children and I. When we got there it was absolutely horrible. Dirty and filled with bugs - nothing at all what was promised or shown to me when I was making plans to move

Don't rent here! We lived here for two years, nothing but headaches from maintenance and the sales reps. We moved out two months ago! We were told we didn't have to worry about rent after September. Now they have a new property manager and now we are being told we have to pay for October. After 1. They told us we didn't have to pay it, 2. Charging us then refunding it back. But now we owe again..... but conveniently they cleared out our payment history in our renters portal.....

Garbage overflowing at the garbage bin look like New York City typical streets of disgust. This really has to be tended to more often there's always garbage outside of the bin laying on the left side it's ridiculous. The cement floors where the apartments are located there's always pee from the dogs all over the stairs and all over the unsealed cement outside your front door. why don't you just make a building for dogs only so you guys can all Pee and crap all over your property and you'll be happy but I don't have dogs and don't want to be stepping in urine

Though I try to refrain from negative postings, I think the current place I call "home" deserves it. One of my biggest issues is that no one answers the phone. I don't think there's been a single time I called & someone answered the phone. I think that it's important to keep a a line of communication, for current & future residents, to be able to contact the leasing agents or manager. Upon move in, there were several uncleaned spots and "marks" that could've easily been wiped away. There wasn't even a microwave plate in my unit as well. I requested

It is time to update my original review, for Everwood at The Avenue. After my original review (one star), things changed drastically. They brought on a new manager (Donna), and she is awesome! Donna and other staff members talked with and worked with my mom, to resolve all of the issues she had with the apartment. Some time had passed and my mom had some personal issues, that lead to her needing to move out of state. Donna was wonderful, supportive and helpful.
Though my mom had a very rough start with Everwood at The Avenue, they really went above and beyond, to make things right.

Our experience at Everwood has been different to say the least. Our first few weeks living there, the construction was awful and the design is more than terrible trying to fit more than one car in and out of main drive. The dog park is awesome along with the children's park. My biggest compliant is the lack of responsibility from residents that decide they want to own animals but are too lazy to pick up after them...even when doggy bags are free to their use. We have several piles out side our building, same ol same ol. Our neighbors are decent however have no lack of common curtsey when it

When we originally came to look at the complex the leasing consultant was very informative and helpful. We were told that the apartment would come with a washer and dryer and that our free month could be spread out over our lease period. After we signed the lease, at move in, we were told that they do not come with washer and dryer as well as that we could not spread the rent over our lease period. We were also told that we could make split payments online, when that turned out to be untrue we would go into the office to do split payments, as we dont share a bank account.
