Everyone was very polite and super informative. Staff stayed in constant communication w/us throughout. We recevied our truck back in a timely manner- same day; which for the amount of work that they did to the truck was an amazing turn around time. Location is great easy to get in and out of. Clean lobby and shop. They have just gained new clients

Great pictures of each step in the tests that the technician did while working on our car. Will use them for all services from now on.

I had a really positive experience with Folsom Automotive with my car. As a woman, I dread dealing with anything auto related because most places are pretty condescending but not this place. The technician was awesome, talked to me about what services they did, I didn't feel like I was overcharged or talked down to. Definitely will be back! We’ve been bringing in our cars to Folsom Automotive since moving here in 2020. Again, Folsom Automotive took great care of the car I just bought. inspection was reasonably priced as was the necessary work performed. When the car ran into additional issues while undergoing repair I got an immediate call and they provided amazing service. They share pictures and details of all work they are going to do to the car and keep you fully informed throughout the process. We will keep coming here for the foreseeable future.
