Made appointment for tire balance/rotation waited for 2 and a half hours just to be told the were severely worn and they cannot work on them. Two and a half hours later when they could’ve text, called, or emailed and notified me. My new tires that I purchased there have only been driven 30,000 miles and they’re severely worn? No talk of warranty or nothing. I’ve spent thousands at this place I’ve gotten sets of tires for my truck, my wife’s car and my daughters car. Not to mention oil change and complete truck service. I don’t think I’ll be going back. So disappointed.

I have been taking g my truck and jeep here for a few years. I took my jeep in for diagnosis on over heating and a check engine light.
They told me that the radiator had a leak and that the check engine light was from the purge valve for the evap system.
I didn't have them do the repairs due to being over priced compared to 2 other shops.
Using the paperwork they gave me with there diagnosis on it I took it to another shop to have it fixed and they did.
Within 24 hours the check engine light was back on with the EXACT same code.
I called asking to have them run diagnosis at no charge

I couldn’t find a specific tire to replace one that was beyond repair. Checked every tire store near me in the list. Drove past TirePros after hours and looked it up online. I filled out their form, sent it in and got e.mail back next morning. The owner and his wife started searching for the tire, let me know when they found it and I got a call after noon to let me know it was there. I was so pleased and went right in. They do a good amount of business as I saw in the waiting room, and customers all were repeat customers. I didn’t have a long wait and left with all four tires of the same brand

We just moved to the area, and finding a good tire shop is essential. I have a Jeep renegade and i wanted all terrain tires. Because of my wheel size, most places couldn't accommodate me unless i got my jeep lifted. Folsom Tire pros carried the perfect size, had them delivered in just a few days, and installed them very quickly. Communication was professional and the owners were pleasant. I'd recommend highly.

Never been there before but the oil light on my car was on so I went to buy oil. They directed me to the garage, took amazing care of me and my car and didn't charge me a penny. I was so taken aback by their kindness, honesty and great care. I know where my next set of tires is coming from!! And other services!!

Fast & friendly; transparent pricing on brakes for a Toyota Highlander
Aug 2021: another 5 star experience. Had power window issue on my Volt. I got a quote over phone (significantly cheaper than Chevy dealer), and scheduled for the very next day. I dropped my car off before they opened, and got a text before 9am that the work was already done! I was certain it was a mistake, but it wasn't. They had ordered and received the part overnight, and fixed it first thing. Highly recommend

I had been hearing this weird clunking sound coming from my car for about a week, and on top of that, my AC had went out 2 weeks before that. A friend of mine recommend Folsom Tire Pros. I went in and was greeted by Eddie. He was super friendly and was able to get my car looked at right away!! After I found out what the problem was ( wheel bearings) he told me what needed to be done. I needed to replace my rims and tires on my pickup. Eddie was very helpful I told him what I was looking for and told him what size rims I thought I was looking for and he told me what size I actually needed to accomplish what I was actually looking to do . He gave me a quote on the wheels I checked a competitor up the street and the competitor was $600 more. Of course I came back to tire pros was very happy with the quality of work, the price and Eddie's expertise. I would definitely come back again and would encourage anybody to use their services.

I want to thank everybody at Folsom tire pros I have a jeep with a 5 inch lift and 40 inch tires and win the other shop installed it everything was so out of whack it was so scary to drive and they figured out what was wrong with it the track and the Cast in Canberra we're all wrong They fixed it now it's fun to drive again then I i'm running 40 inch tires so you can't put them on the balancing machine so we use the bags with the babiesAnd that seem to balance him I'm so happy it just did a great job thanks again Tim

They rescued us! My car overheated and broke down just down the street. We found them with an online search. They could not have been nicer and fixed my car in a day. We really appreciated this. It was hot and we had a second car with us, full of our pets, so it was urgent to us. They told us what to do and if we did not have to wait two hours for a AAA tow, I would bet they would have gotten us back on the road that day. The owner and his wife could not have been nicer. If we lived in the area, I would do business here as often as I could. Very nice and clean waiting area too - so much

The shop is very clean and professional. The customer service was also professional and in my case, went well above and beyond expectations when they did not have to.
Communication around deadlines and cost was what one expects when working with a reputable repair shop.

This post is late. Over a year ago, I had some shocks replaced here. The customer service was good overall and the work was completed...so I thought.
Today, I had some suspension work completed at a reputable local shop. I recieved a call today from that shop to ask me who installed my Bilstein shocks. They also let me know that one of the rear shocks was completed missing the main bolt to hold them into place, on the bottom of the assembly. Also, the matching bolt on the other side was a random after market bolt. This was NOT the case before, since I was replacing worn OEM shocks.
I am shocked
