My husband and I have lived here for alittle over 8 months now. We had looked at quite a few places before finding the Country Club Villas. Martha and Cindy were such a big help when it came time to moving in and have been a pleasure to work with since then. We really like how clean and well kept the grounds are. The people around the complex are always so friendly. The maintenance people are quick to respond to requests; the few times we’ve had to put requests in for minor things to be fixed, they were fixed within a couple of hours to the following day. It has been such a pleasure staying at the Country Club Villas. Beautiful landscaping, nice units - my boyfriend and I love staying here! The Manager Martha is my FAVORITE landlord - she is so kind and understanding. Very down to earth and gives such a welcoming energy. The rest of the staff are also friendly and helpful. Some favorite amenities include the gated entry, the clean and well kept grounds & the vending machine in the laundry room. You can even use a credit card or Google/Apple pay to purchase goodies! When requesting a unit transfer, we were allowed to do so with no questions asked

I enjoyed living here until it came time to leave. I admit that I broke my lease early, I discussed options for someone to take over my lease. Martha did not return calls to anyone that inquired and said it was not her problem to get my apartment re-leased. I referred 6 people to her and she refused to cooperate. Now I am being told that she gets to hold my apartment at the bottom of the list until she "feels like renting it out". She did not respond to my phone calls and stated because I didn't rent there any longer she didn't have to respond. She is not a person of her word as she told me to
