In the process of selling our home 21 years, we asked friends for references and then narrowed it down to two teams. Dishonest, greedy, and vengeful are the ways, I would describe this husband and wife Real Estate Duo. I would not trust anything they say and keep in mind that their only motivation is the money they will make on the transaction.
I sought Chuck out on a listing he had and asked that if I let them represent me and the seller, if the would be willing to reduce their commission to me and pay that savings to the seller.
