Southbridge Rehabilitation & Health Care Center offers short-term rehabilitation, long-term, respite, and hospice care. Our dedicated staff provides individualized care with compassion, dignity and respect. I would never return. My first stay in short-term rehab but still knew things weren't right. The CNAs were good but only having 1 nurse overnight for all those patients is not fair to the patients. They didn't have time for even answering a question, only time to get everyones meds. I had put in a few requests to reach the doctor and never got a response in the 1 1/2 weeks I was there. I only got to meet him the night I was admitted. My heart rate went up to 170 that night and the nurse wasnt concerned, and assumed it was caused by coughing. I had to urge the CNA to get the nurse to see me. All

I have worked at this facility for 3+ years as a nurse. I have to say i really enjoy working here. I feel part of a work family. Everyone is helpful and we all work as a positive team. I had my step father here for Hospice. Everyone of the nurses, CNA's and management were very caring and attentive to him and honestly they didn't know he was related to me. I knew when he passed that he was comfortable and in peace. Thanks to my staff.

I spent about 6 weeks here while getting IV antibiotics for, and recovering from a spinal infection. The staff were all super friendly and very attentive. The medical staff listened to me and treated me with respect. I also had better psychiatric assistance and counseling than I ever could have expected. I have nothing but good things to say about my stay here!

Been here almost 2 years, haven't had a bad experience at all. Understaffed at times, but that is everywhere in Massachusetts. Staff is attentive, and they are a pleasure to work with. A new administrator has come in while I've been here & it has been improving quite a bit. It's definitely better than the first place I was.

SRHCC is really a place to love and be loved! The staff always care for residents with honest smiles, sincere enthusiasm and genuineness of heart to help. They go above and beyond to improve quality of care, ensure resident safety, reduce risks, maintain functional health, and support safe discharge plans. The rehab is a miracle center! The residents are groomed, clean and happy at all times. The staff takes residents’ requests seriously, and with immediate response. I love to bring my loved ones, who need rehab, over to share in this experience!
