Building is maintained well and work orders completed in a timely fashion.

Moved in recently, and Earlene did a fantastic job getting everything arranged. I'm genuinely excited to call Emerald Village my home. Building's are well maintained, and the other residents are polite and respectful! Would definitely recommend .

So far going through the application process, they have been really professional and knowledgeable. Earlene is a great asset to the company. Will update when the process is complete.

I am so glad I decided to make this my home..The manager Earlene is just so helpful and kind to everyone..Anything you need from maintenance their on it immediately. They are Amazing..Its so quiet and i feel extremely safe being a single woman here.I just love it here!!!

Earlene made the whole process incredibly easy! Anytime I had a question she got back to me super quick! Emerald Village has a cozy atmosphere even though it’s next to such a high traffic area. There’s a lot of stuff to do nearby too which is a huge plus. I’m looking forward to exploring the area once I’m settled in.

I’ve been living in Emerald Village Apartments for a year now and I couldn’t be happier with my experience. Between our Property Manager Earlene Smitherman and our maintenance crew, they are very pleasant to work with and respond quickly to any issues that may occur.
I’ve locked myself out of my unit, needed keys replaced and had minor repairs needed within the unit. All these things were promptly acknowledged and fixed immediately.

I just want to share what a pleasant experience I had living at EV. I was only there for a year since I ended up purchasing a house but if I hadn’t done that, I definitely would have renewed my lease. The maintenance men were professional and on top of things and Earlene in the office was just great. She was very helpful and always ready to assist in any way to make your experience there great. The area is peaceful and my suite was beautiful- newly remodeled. Five stars! Thanks Earlene!

I absolutely love living at Emerald Village! My apartment is very nice and cozy, the neighborhood is beautiful and safe, and I love how close the location is to all of the stores, restaurants, etc that I go to all of the time. The landlord, Earlene, is FANTASTIC, and I know that if I ever have an issue it will be taken care of in very fast timing. I have been living here for almost two years and I’m very happy with my choice to move here -it is the best place I have lived at. 5 stars!!

So I am new to the area, relocating for a job is kinda difficult on its own. I needed somewhere close to work, in a decent area so I could feel safe. I had been calling place after place and I was getting put on waiting lists and sometimes wouldn’t hear back for weeks. I needed somewhere quick! I happen to go online and see Emerald Village pop up. I saw it was close to my job, in a good community, with everything within driving distance... The reason why I decided to make Emerald Village my home though was for a totally different reason. I hate anything online, I’ve never been a tech person

So excited about my new home. The complex is very cozy and my apartment is very nice. Management is awesome and made the move in process a breeze. Always got back to me in great time and even gave me a welcome basket when moving in. In a great area close to all of the shopping stores you need. So happy I found this place!
